Got my Audi aligned here and it was done very well. Recently bought a new 4Runner and it came with cheap unbalanced tires and desperately needed an alignment, thankfully this shop was able to get it drivable for me until I can get new tires on it, drives like a dream despite the awful tires.
Everyone I've talked to here has been extremely knowledgeable and pleasant to talk with. Looking forward to this being my go-to mechanic for the foreseeable future!

Very experienced mechanic here. He did a fantastic job on my truck. My son is a mechanic, but I don't think he could of done this job. He went to school for diesel cars and trucks but works on train locomotives now.

My low beam headlight went out on my Jeep Grand Cherokee I took it by just to get an estimate of what it would cost to fix it and the next thing I knew they had it fixed...I will definitely be recommending to all my family and friends...Fast, Friendly Service and Fair Prices.

While travelling through Graham, TX this past Thursday, 9/14/23, I had multiple dash warning lights come up on my 2009 Tundra. I first stopped by AutoZone and was told I needed to go to a mechanics shop for the type of scan needed for the issue I was having. That led me to Winder's where they greeted me, heard my issue and quickly grabbed their auto scanner and met me at the truck. Since it was just before closing time, they let me know that they could scan the truck, but couldn't do any repairs at that time. I understood where they were coming from and appreciate them letting know the plan ahead of time. My truck was scanned and I was informed of some of the things that might be causing the issue. I was assured that I could continue with my trip, but at some point would have to get the truck looked at. I asked them how much I owed them for the scan and was told there would be no charge. How often does that happen? Granted, it only took a minute or two to scan the truck, but mechanics shops expect to be paid for their equipment, time and mechanical expertise. I appreciate their customer service, their professionalism and have little doubt that they are a quality shop with values and ethics.
