We bought the 40' hunting cabin with observation deck in August of 2023 so 2-year review. First off quality control is lacking ours was delivered without epoxy paint on the floor and the toilet was poorly installed and broke. So, warranty comes out paints the floor but very poorly (lots of areas behind doors missed) and fixes the toilet but when they came out and fix it, they used primer on the cap (you can see the purple primer in photo) we are getting ready to hook it up but can't get the cap off. So, I call them talk to a guy in warranty that seems very helpful and is going to go fix this problem but never did and now will not return phone calls or email. Also, after 2 years the paint is fading through to the original color of the container. Also bought a used container for storage that was supposed to be water-tight, and it leaks, and they basically told us sorry but no warranty. Update on this Grady with Xcaliber reached out and they went on location and fixed the issues that we had and all is good

Great company to work with, couldn’t be happier! Paige was very communicative and thorough through the process and their service manager (Preston I believe?) was also on point. Hot shot driver also went above and beyond. I ordered a down to the last detail, little more than half completed, cabin so I could finish it out, and have been very happy with the build quality as I’ve continued to work on it. Great team, concise sales process, stand by their product, highly recommend!

After a issue with the 1st container and going back and forth with sales the issue was resolved after Kirk got in the discussion. Now I have a new 1 time use 20ft container that is great.

If it were up to me I would give Page Gates and Xcaliber 5 stars! Unfortunately I had an issue with one of the handles and the cam bar being bent after delivery. Mind you I called and prefaced the fact that I knew that I was responsible for this and in no way was I expecting them to fix it. I just wanted insight from a company that deals with containers to give me the name and number of someone that sells door parts for a container. So Paige took care of me and said I will connect you with Kirk Hutchens! Well Kirk never replied back to my email. Then I called Paige and she said no problem I will transfer you to him. I left him a detailed message of what my request was and was in now way looking for them to fix it. I just wanted to know where to get spare parts. Well after three weeks of no return call or email I finally found a company in Houston. All is well for my container but unfortunately Kirk took away 2 stars from Xcaliber for his lack of customer service after the sell.

I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The 20 ft container I designed was completed ahead of schedule and honestly came out looking nicer than I had imagined. High quality work for a fair price is how I would describe it. Sure you can get some Gucci tiny home made in San Antonio or Austin, but be prepared to pay 4X the amount...and in the end it's all just a container home right? This container home is perfect for what I needed, I appreciate that the company was willing to work with me during the design process, and we ran into a small issue with delivery but the amazing thing was that the company did right by me and resolved the issue. So many companies these days do not live up to the commitment of excellence and service that they supposedly aspire to, but Xcaliber is the exception--they went above and beyond to ensure that I was happy with my product and the buying experience. Would recommend them to everyone.

Hiring process is a joke. Their HR can’t interview on time and don’t have an actual plan on how to run their network/business properly. They let you go through multiple “interviews” which is a red flag. They lead you and make you think they will hire you. Wasted hours of time. Steer away from applying to this job, don’t waste your time . Cant even give you salary numbers.

My two stars are for the hot shot driver, because he was awesome. As for my honest review...after spending thousands of dollars on something you would think companies like to make things right but this one has not proven to be big on customer service. There was miscommunication from purchase to delivery. And HUGELY misled about the delivery. Please think twice about sinking this much money into a company that will fail you, and not make it right. I know I am not the only one. This has become a common problem of customers being told wrong info and misled and then in a bind.
