We opted for labor only, since we were moving cross country. The crew showed up on time. But they loaded the truck like they had no clue what they were doing. My husband pointed out that the art work should go in the “attic”. He was then told, my the guy who was leading the team, that he had his own way of packing and suggested my husband let them do their job.
When they presented the bill, they figured the hours wrong, but my husband caught it.
So, the truck was packed terribly!
The last 3rd of the truck, they just threw things everywhere. I had to literally unpack that part and repack it myself! Only to find that behind the “mess” the load could shift, during a long haul! Frustrated does not begin to explain my feelings. After repacking the back , there was more room that we could use.
Upon arrival to our destination, the moving company we hired to unload began unloading the truck. Once they got past the first third of the truck, they turned and asked who loaded this mess? They were so upset, they threatened to call Ablaze and tell them what a crappy job they did. I had already spoken to the owner and he did credit me 50.00. Nice gesture but not nearly enough for the giant headache we had to deal with.
I would not use this company again, nor would I recommend them. They might have a better crew for moving trucks, but their labor crew is the pits.

Thank you so much for sending the crew to help move us back to Granbury from our apartment in Haltom City yesterday.
The guys who moved us were courteous, well mannered, professional and very helpful!!!! Thank you for helping us make a move a good experience.
Should we need anything else moved we will be sure to call on Ablaze Moving Company.

My only disappointment was the fact that I have used movers several times and this was my first time using Ablaze. The crew showed up on time, took a Quick Look at the project, came up with a game plan and got right to work. Niko and his team worked quickly and efficiently, they were kind and careful. This is the first time I have ever used movers and didn’t have to micromanage the crew. What a great feeling to actually relax while they did all the work. Great job, Ablaze.

Flat quote of $170/hour is a excellent value. No flashy trucks, just a good honest moving company.
Owner Colby was a huge help. We ended up having to go down from 3 Movers to 2 movers due to unforeseen circumstances, but the 2 movers worked their butts off and provided excellent service. Professionally wrapped, packed and transported our entire house, with nothing broken. Highly recommend using them!

We used ABlaze for junk removal during a spring cleaning. The customer service we recieved was phenomenal. From drop off to pickup working with Colby made everything easy. Our family would highly recommend using ABlaze junk removal for any project. Also they beat everyone's prices which was nice during this tough economy.

I had 3 of the most fabulous young men come move my house from Walnut Springs to Crowley. They were so respectful and careful with with my things. One of them even engaged my grandson about Pokémon. I would give them more than 5 stars if it were allowed. Thank you for a job very well done.

First off, I would like to start by saying that Max was great. While I never met him, I dealt with him directly over the phone. The crew was completed the job without going over the minimum, but that came at a price. A few pieces of furniture were BROKEN during the process, at least one being antique. I say at least because we were NOT INFORMED by the crew, these are things that we are only finding out about now, while unpacking and putting everything into place. The broken piece was literally stuffed into a box!! The lack of accountability is very unprofessional, as well as unbecoming!
*I had this company rated at 5 stars, but had to change my rating.
**UPDATE: They have stepped up and initiated the claims process. I will not blame the company for a bad judgement call by one or maybe up to three of their employees.

The team led by Israel showed up within the expected time and did an excellent job. The team was friendly and efficient while they worked both at the load and unload site and I did have the easiest house or furniture to move.
They notified me of minor damage to a piece of furniture as well as small scuffs on the walls of my new homes stairwell. I found this honesty and transparency a great value added considering that most people would not speak up and hope a mistake would go unnoticed.
I would absolutely use ablaze movers again based on the above.

The first time they moved me into the storage unit it worked out very well. Overall, the team was very kind and courteous. The second time they only had two people, one was sick the whole time (would walk over and dry heave) and he was trying to help but it was so sad. And I was still charged for the full time. It was confusing because we had to move dates due to rain. The owner was very nice about it but when the boys were doing the real work it wasn’t enough qualified skills on the job. Lots of my things were stacked incorrectly or not protected … scratches on furniture and broken plastic bins (they were put in the bottom) things fell forward when we opened it. One of my tables is totally broken

This past week I used Ablaze this was my second time, the first time went great done in a reasonable time but this last time it took over 5 hours to move me across town the guys would carry one little item at a time like a wall hanging or kitchen chair three guys one stood by truck watching the other two I feel they milked us for much more time and this was a two bedroom and office most boxes and all outside stuff snd garage was already gone. Won’t use you guys again sorry not sorry Mr Blount

I have a flooring company and we trust Ablaze Moving multiple times to help our clients with moving furniture before tile and carpet installs. They’ve always been reliable, professional, and careful with every item. It’s a big deal to let someone else handle your customers’ belongings but these guys make it easy. Highly recommend!
