Terrible, put me out a week of work and told me I was getting fastest internet to run computers and they sent tech and he showed me ticket of them putting me on the slowest internet possible for their expensive prices

My girlfriend and I started out not knowing what we needed to get new phones.
I called the AT&T located in Granbury, Texas and Keenan answered my questions and told me to come on in.
Keenan ended up giving us great value for our trade-ins that made it a no-brainer to start doing business with AT&T.
We both woke up that day, not knowing that we would leave with brand new phones with the latest technology that we needed.
The service plans were also very affordable with competitive pricing.
If it weren't for Keenan,
We wouldn't have the phones we do now!

On store experience was ok with employee. AT&T has an outage that has effected email service for our desktop for over a week. Has nothing to do with store employees.

From the moment I walked in, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal possible. We came in last night and worked with Keean, we came in for a simple upgrade and usually that’s a pretty boring experience but he made it fun. He was super kind and funny, answered any and all questions we had with as much detail as he could. He made it a very smooth and fast process and will definitely be our go to guy from now on!
