Denisa was hands-down the most helpful AutoZone employee I’ve ever met. My battery wasn’t a simple swap — it required extra effort — but she made it look effortless. She was confident, efficient, and clearly knew what she was doing. Thanks to her, what could’ve been a frustrating situation turned into a smooth experience. Because of Denisa, I’ll absolutely return to AutoZone for anything I need!

After an exhausting search in Granbury at all the auto part stores we have, my last stop was Auto Zone on 377. It should have been my first stop. Tana, behind the counter went above and beyond with very little information I had to give her and went to work in the computer and found the exact part I needed when I was told by 3 other parts stores that the part could not be found. So if you want to get the right part the first time, stop at the Auto Zone on 377 and see Tana, she will get it done.

I love Autozone, everytime I need a part for my car they have it in stock. And when you compare what you would pay in shipping online it's cheaper to just pick it up. Now...when i get my E-Bike do they have parts for that?

My car kept dying on the way from Ft Worth to Stephenville. The manager helped me by reading the code and calling two local shops to put the part on, so I could get back on the road safely. He was very friendly and patient.
