I ordered a new key fob from this store in GranburyTX. When I went to pick it up, I asked for help in programming it to my car. Without any hesitation, the store manager went out to my car to install it for me. Unfortunately the new fob didn't work, but DJ went right back into the store and ordered me a new one. He was very pleasant the entire time and very very helpful. I will most certainly return to this AutoZone the next time I have an automotive problem

Tiffany at AutoZone on 377 in Granbury is a ROCKSTAR!!!! Not only did she help me find what I needed she assisted in helping me get it fixed on my car!!! She definitely deserves a raise!!!

Had a battery literally fail on me after grocery shopping. Got a jump and headed over to Autozone 15 minutes before closing. Brian (?) helped me out and got me back on the road within minutes. He was very helpful and actually changed out the battery himself since I was toolless. Very much appreciated and great customer service. Thank you!

Not the best of locations traffic wise but the staff was friendly and extremely helpful. I asked a question about something I had never attempted and one of their employees took me out to my car, walked me through the proceedure and then helped me locate just the items I need to do the job. There were more expensive items I could have bought but they only sold me what I absolutely needed!

My husband and I come here for lots of different car parts and have dealt with the same middle aged Asian ish lady. She seems to not care at all about customer service and just stares at you like your stupid while not answering your questions. I have come in here looking for parts that I wasn’t sure what to buy and she was no help and at one point just walked away and stood at the back of the store doing nothing while I was waiting. I ended up typing in my own VIN into the computer to look up the parts we needed. Seemed like she didn’t even want to be there. I know retail sucks because I worked it for a long time. If you don’t want to be there, don’t waste everyone else’s experience with your bad attitude.

Called today at 3pm looking for a part. The associates name was Alli. I told her what I was needing and had to tell her more than once. I asked to speak to Dyson and she asked me quote; Are you saying I don't know what I'm doing?. I told her no I'm saying I want to speak to Dyson. Everything went quite and the phone hung up. Im not sure what happened but if thats being rude im going somewhere else. I called back after a few minutes and talked to Dyson and he appoligised for her and helped me. THANKS DYSON!
