“Shocked at these bad reviews. I, however, will state that the Chase Granbury, TX bank is absolute perfection. Today, I met with banker Harry, and he went out of his way with my dilemma. I had a business with a subscription and autopay. That business refused to allow me to cancel membership and told me to go to the bank to close autopay. Hard to believe but true. Harry worked diligently to get this autopay cancelled. He was courteous, friendly, caring and kind. In fact, I informed the branch manager of Chase that her entire staff was wonderful and they are. “As I posted on Yelp the other day, this branch is AMAZING!! I got so much personal attention in transferring my personal accounts over to PNC (I'm from the Pittsburgh area so there's already a connection).. As well as, I've opened a new business with 3 gents who all live in DFW area, and the opening of our accounts with them went extremely well.
I opened the accounts in December and have been by a few times since then, and everyone here has been nothing but friendly and accommodating. I HIGHLY recommend PNC/Granbury to anyone/everyone. This staff really cares about each individual customer.”
