Not open on Saturdays. Ya'll could at least be open till noon on Saturdays. When it was BBVA ya'll we're open on Saturdays, now nothing.

Well, while it was BBVA, I was attempting to close the account, waited probably about 2 months for all checks to clear. Closed the account with a Desk person. Thought I was done. Then some new account bonus was credited to the account, re-opened the account, surcharges and minimum account fees brought the account balance to negative and I then got a charge off. Still disputing. My parents account were also transferred over to PNC and they too have had nothing but problems. A month for their new debit card to arrive. I moved away from NJ because of headaches and companies like this.

Worst bank I have ever had to deal with. Went to deposit cash into my account and the teller sent my card with someone else who doesn’t even bank with them. They could not do anything for me. Please if you can go else we’re do. They don’t care about anyone. No remorse at all.

I hate this bank. They aren't open AT ALL on Saturdays. Their bank statements are indecipherable. The tellers are helpful, but other employees give misleading information.

They tried to charge me $100 to cash a PNC Bank check there. Ridiculous! As if we don’t have 100 other banks to choose from. I will never bank here.

Worst banking experience I've had. Stay away from this place, one problem after another. Terribly slow to handle issues but fast to lock up funds. I'm a pervious BBVA member and wished they would have never sold. I will be closing my account, which has been a nightmare of its own.....

Absolutely hate this bank. Nothing positive to even list about it and the negatives would take me a good 3 hrs to type out. Just save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.

This bank is one problem after another. Terribly understaffed inside the lobby. No phone service if you try to call. Never had trouble with BBVA. Awful-awful bank in my opinion. More trouble than I’ve ever had with a bank. The new trainee was more help then the personal bankers that were there. They wouldn’t help her at all. Bank somewhere else, anywhere else!

Two months after the take over from BBVA I am still struggling to find all my accounts online. Terrible, just a terrible bank. Mobile deposit is a joke. How did this bank ever become so big.?just such a terrible bank.

This bank is one problem after another. Terribly understaffed inside the lobby. No phone service if you try to call…turned off all 3 of my & my mom’s debit cards without notice…had to wait 3 weeks to get new ones by mail. Meanwhile we had serval autopays rejected with late fees because the debit cards were shut off. They don’t make new cards at this location. Never had trouble with BBVA. Awful-awful bank in my opinion. More trouble than I’ve ever had with a bank. Go to FNB! Never any problems with them for the past 20 years!

I think PNC did a disservice to the employees during the transition. They should have taken over state by state possibly so they could send extra staff to help the local staff. I feel lots of compassion for the staff that went through the transition trying to assist everyone, especially since it appears so many left their questions to the very last minute and expected the staff to do so much for them that could be done on their own. Gaylyn is such an amazing person and works so hard to do all she can to help and patiently!
