“Just went in to this location, I had some issues with my refund being kicked back for whatever reason, that's not what's important what's important is i spent have the day on the phone with 1800 h&r block and got no where. Today I walk out of this office with a smile on my face. Not only did the young man Anthony have amazing customer service but he handled my issue fast and efficient.
