I had hit a small coyote on a rainy drive to work. The damage the coyote did was a lot. I did not have collision/comp on my car as it was paid off. I was referred to campbells auto body by several friends and family. I had my car towed there and the sweet lady named Tracy walked me through the entire repair process of the costs. She is the sweetest smartest lady in Granbury that I have ever met. Please for all auto body repairs call these folks.

Marks super rude ✋️?? wasnt even to me, i just got to hear it. I found it super unprofessional and so unnecessary. If you're not good at customer service, work somewhere that doesn't require customer service? Apologies on his behalf to the unfortunate soul on the receiving end. Hope your next experience is better!

I got hit and filed my first insurance claim and was very confused and stressed. Tracy walked me through the process and literally helped me so much. She also called and kept me informed!!! The body work and paint were flawless!!! I’m not easily impressed but Campbell’s is worth 10 stars. No joke.

They have always taken good care of us. They blend the paint very well. You can't tell what was repaired. Have used them since 1996.

I got an estimate here for my truck. They immediately wanted to total it for a damaged door. They then wrote an estimate for 7000 dollars for parts that did not need to be replaced.
