Where to, i started banking with chase since my college years. There were amazing until now. I had few fraud charges on accounts. They didn't give me options or anything, restricting my accounts and decide to close no other options. The high up, mistake happened and made, i learned my lesson yes. You didn't give me a choice on it. I would recommend them but no. Sorry chase we had long run but you screwed me over with this one.

Went to open account 20 min before closing did not want to attend asked me to come next day , they dont even take more than 20 min to open an account and after that there was two bankers just sitting at desk without a customer, went to another bank and they were so nice and professionals they did not care about the time

I only use the ATM at this bank. There isn’t what I call customer service ! They took the safety deposit boxes away, I will continue to do my banking at the Southlake location.The property is the worst looking in Granbury…. Seriously can you not clean up the dead and overgrown shrubs. Nothing attractive about this property, I’m surprised Granbury continues to allow this—— you are only as good as you look !!!! MVK

Horrible customer service and unprofessional. Literally no one was in the lobby but me and my mom. One lady was just sitting in her office (2nd cubicle on the left, closest to the teller area) and she wouldn’t t make eye contact with us. We had to approach her and she was extremely rude. When she wouldn’t help us we went to the teller area and she ran out of her office to follow us. Note the tellers wouldn’t help us either. I’m surprised she could get off her butt. We were just trying to open an account and update my married name. My mom has been a chase customer since the 80s and me for years. And I’m really considering moving to a different bank. We left with nothing accomplished. Just seems like no one wants to work anymore. Don’t waist your time with this location. We drove to Weatherford and the teller took 5 mins and changed my name. And we were able to schedule an appointment same day to get the account set up.

Customer service terrible. Girl has told me 15, 10 and 5 minutes more for over half an hour. Her cubicle is presently empty while she strolls around the lobby

I went in to the branch spoke to the teller which she said she could possibly help about the fraud that is going on in my account which has happened twice . She then tells me I'll let you speak to one of our representatives to better assist you I then wait for about 30min to get attended by one lady that is texting on her phone then she decides to speak to the teller about someone's life and speak some of what I need assistance with she then asks do you need help after seating for 50min !! So then my husband and I speak to the representative which she is so rude and in a hurry standing up with the keys in the hand . So basically we left with zero help .

I have had my personal and business banking at Chase Bank for over twenty years, when it was called Bank One. Everything was good until I opened a merchant account to accept credit card payments for my business. Chase Bank said they needed more information, go to your local branch office, which I did. Before I left, I asked if that was everything they needed. YES, that is all. Two weeks later, my account is locked. For the next two days my banker worked to find out what they wanted to get my account back. For every question we answered, they later came back with another question. If I had known exactly what they wanted when I first came in, we would not have had this problem. Communication is a problem at Chase Bank.

Closed account here for multiple reasons, they lost a $9000 check for one, took almost 3 weeks to get it figured out. Now that we closed the account they owe me money and for over 3 weeks have given me the run around, they sent a check, they didn’t send it bla bla bla. Do not use chase if you want good service because they do not take care of their customers or your money!

Been trying to get a small loan for my small business. Two weeks ago I called and they told me they would call back. I called them back and they said they they were going to forward my request to the right department and they would call me. No calls. This week I haven't been able to get someone to pick up the phone.I need a new bank
