I am very disappointed in my visit this evening! They were out of steak and said they didn't have anymore. Had a small portion of veggies which look like they have been sitting for a while and they didn't attempt to cook anything fresh. Just said this is all we have. It's 7:37 pm and yall are open till 10. What's the problem here. The food line was also a mess and nothing looked fresh

First time experiencing Chipotle, service was fast, however unhelpful. Food was good I'm told, I was not warned of spice/hotness and only got one bite. The steak was full of flavor and tender, however my stomach cannot take the basic heat here. The inside was very clean and nice.

Made a mistake thinking the buffet was all inclusive when in fact...a tablespoon of guacamole was 2.70 extra, chips were 1.85, very small container of white sauce was 2.70. Total for 2 people with no drinks 36.60

My Chipotle Good Chipotle. But running out of vinegrette so often is a big no no. Like chic-fil-a running out of their sauce.

The food here is good but some of the employees are pretty rude. 3 different times that I went there I stood waiting to be helped and employees kept walking by and not 1 of them acknowledged me until someone finally came from the back to help me.

Staff is very rude. I come here when I can, tonight I got off of work early enough to stop by on my way home. Doors were locked before 10pm and when I got in my car I could see the staff mocking me for checking my watch. Incredibly unprofessional, I work service industry and at my place of work we take very customer until it is closing time. Even if is 2 minutes before. And we certainly don’t mock them. Don't think I’ll be coming back here.

This place is terrible!!!We ordered two dinners, and also a side of queso. My husband checks the order there is no queso in there. He asked the guy about it. The guy says "oh we're out of queso"did not tell us did not take it off our bill trying to sneak one over us.And I ordered a chicken quesadilla just opened it up to eat it and it is steak or beef or something never again !!!

I had such a pleasant experience there. The employees and the manager were very nice and helpful as well. The food was plentiful and very tasty. The restaurant was very clean. The environment was just enjoyable. Great place to take your family to anytime.

My host “Neyda” was INCREDIBLY rude. I went in to order two burrito bowls, she wanted to do both at the same time and kept putting incorrect food items on each one, then asking in a condescending tone “Do you want me to take that off?” After I apologized several times even though I was explaining in the best way possible which one needed what ingredients etc. She then huffs and puffs when I ask for a side of queso before checking out, while rolling her eyes. I’m in the middle of paying and she’s already telling the next customer his amount and I was still trying to get my bag etc. She never asked if I wanted a receipt just walked away, didn’t say have a good day, and rolled her eyes the entire time. Horrible service. Leave the food industry if you’re going to be rude to customers who are not rude and are just trying to get lunch.

Normally, my Chipotle escapades are milder than a librarian's book club, but today's salsa had me seeing visions of dragons--so fiery, I half-expected a fire extinguisher instead of napkins. The lime white rice, usually a symphony in my mouth, tasted like it was zested by someone who mistook the lime for their life's bitter regrets--tough to swallow, indeed. The carne asada, however, remained a trusty steed in the spicy storm, tender and gratifying. The ambiance was as chill as a penguin's playlist, but alas, the ice machine was apparently on a tropical vacation, leaving my drink as warm as the salsa was hot. Overall, it was an experience that left me more perplexed than a chameleon in a bag of Skittles--not the Chipotle charm I'm accustomed to. Yet, through the culinary rollercoaster, the staff remained swifter than a squirrel in sneakers and as friendly as a golden retriever at a petting zoo.
