Hugely disappointed. Heard great things, but not so! They made appointment but then upon arrival a couple of days later I was informed that I would have an hour and a half wait time for job completion. Wrong! First, why wasn't we told this up front so we could have brought another car to go back home or shop, etc.? Then it took 2 hours, not an hour and a half. Our time is important, too.
Then we sat there and listened to Dan talk rude to customers on the phone and in person, as well as appearing to be maybe fast and lose with the truth on some things like details of services needed. I used a substantial service coupon which may be the reason for my rude and uncaring treatment. Whatever. I just won't be back. I hope this helps you guys, some of which appeared to be very nice.

They went the extra mile to explain and document what was needed to repair my vehicle. It was ready at the promised time and even followed up with us a few days after the repair to ensure everything was still good. I was so impress with them, that we are taking it back to them to complete an alignment after we get new tires put on the vehicle!

I bought new brake pads for my truck thinking they were getting thin at 50k miles. They let me know I had barely used a third of their life and recommend I not change them. Open and honest , sent me on my way with no charge. I will definitely be back for further preventative maintenance.

This is a Christian based Organization and these people are compassionate caring and will go out of their way to accommodate needs if that’s what’s necessary. It’s hard to find this in businesses these days that are personableI at all. I found Christian Brothers to be very personable. I highly recommend them.
