I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a moment to shout out Harley Green at this phone store absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. I came in not really knowing what I needed, and Harley walked me through everything with patience and real expertise. He explained all the options without pressuring me, helped me find the perfect phone for my budget, and even transferred all my data for me on the spot.

This location and the staff is amazing when it comes to concerns about phones, I live 2hrs aways from this location and ill keep coming back when it comes to my devices and service.

Levi and Toni were both really friendly, knowledgable and helpful. They got my 3 phones lines switched over and quickly managed problems that came up. So far I am happy with the phone service itself as well.

I called to ask about what action cricket will be taking in the data breach due to getting so many scam calls now. I was told by an associate that she did not know so I asked to speak to a manager. I spoke to a manager and he was extremely rude. I started off by asking the same question. He stated that she did not know the answer because they do not keep the stores in the loop. I did say as a manager you should know or at least be willing to say I do not know the answer but let me find out for you or gather any information. He then hung up on me. I called back and asked why I was hung up on and he stated that I was hostile. I do have the calls recorded for corporate. I was not hostile, but did give attitude after I was hung up on. I asked for her name and hung up again. Apparently it was Tony. My fiance called up there after I did fine another manager to complain to and told my fiance a straight lie.
