Definitely treated me right, we went over some options but we got exactly what I was looking for at a fair price, parts came in within the week and the truck was finished the same day it went in. Definitely will bring my houses other vehicles here. The manager Dillon made the process super painless!

Great Place to take a ride..I had my wheel studs replaced 30 minutes, watched them do it, thye knew exactly whjat they were doing and the price was cheap cheap, Friendly staff, great guys!! Highly recommend!!

Matt and the team at Cross Tire in Granbury are top notch. Knowledgeable, fair, and fast. I special ordered some tires for my truck and they had them in hand the next morning. They had all 4 tires mounted and balanced on new wheels, and installed in just over an hour. Matt communicated with me every step of the way on my project and I couldn't be more pleased with their service.

Cross tire has had my uncles truck for 3 months. And has charged him about 5000.00 dollars and has not fixed the truck. He is a great man a volunteer fireman auxiliary. And he Loves his church. He would help anyone in real need. He is in debt because of cross tire and they still have his truck sitting on there lot no communication with him just being cruel. Owners refuse to answer phone to fix the issue's and make things right
