Horrible service. Walmart pharmacy gives way better service. They messed up my RX, kept sending it to the wrong pharmacy, finally when it got straightened out I asked if I could have the pharmacy address in writing because they kept changing pharmacies, and she refused to write the address. She kept printing up papers, but she would not give me the address to where my prescription was going to be at for some reason. Then she forgot to give me back my drivers license, and I had to go back to get it. When I went to get my drivers license, she literally laughed at me. Totally unprofessional. If you have a chance to go to any other pharmacy, you may want to save your time. Go where you will feel respected and valued the people that work here obviously don’t. CVS stop sending robo apologies and FIX the actual issues with your customer service. 🤨

You can’t call the pharmacy without leaving a voicemail and waiting an hour to talk to anyone if they call you back. All they say is it was up to corporate office to make that decision. CVS does not seem to care about its customers.

Lady at the drop off lane was extremely disrespectful. Rolling eye, raising her voice, etc. Learn some manners and how to handle your job with a better attitude towards your customers.

The Granbury store has horrible customer service. When I notated this in a review, Cillia Sisson sent me a text asking if she could call me. I said absolutely and gave her my number. That was two weeks ago today. I guess the customer disservice starts at the top!

The actual cvs store has some amazing employees. Kind and helpful… the pharmacy on the other hand is filled with rude women. I have had my complete profile of medications transferred to another pharmacy because this location the pharmacy is filled with rude people. Today my son was visiting from college. Had severe ear infection and I just blurted cvs instead of Walgreens (my preferred pharmacy in granbury, other cvs pharmacy like in frisco have been superb). I am regretting it. If someone works in customer service (especially medical related) you would think they would hire customer service minded individuals. Not in this case, not only was the short plump older woman snarky she was also very brash. Very unsettling experience

The pharmacist wants to close for lunch. I was the only next customer there just to pick up medicine but i pleaded and he still wont take care of me and shuts down the window..really?!!! I have to change my pharmacy

Just wanted to comment on the excellent service provided by Jeanette in giving me my Covid and flu shots. She was just superior in all areas of service. I couldn't even feel when she gave me the shots and believe me I am the whimp of whimps when it comes to all medical procedures!

Whoever the guy with white hair, beard, glasses in blue scrubs working the drive thru at 2:27pm on October 12th. He did not make ANYONE in that line a priority and when we came up he acted like we were the biggest inconvenience on earth. No hello, or anything just stood there and rolled his eyes. I have not been to ANY pharmacy and have been treated like this. I am going to corporate about this further and will push this issue. He wouldn’t help us and told us in order for us to be helped we had to go inside after waiting in line for 27 minutes for 3 cars. We will look elsewhere to get our prescriptions filled. They were already filled and ready but he said he couldn’t help us. Didn’t even tell us have a good day or anything. He just rolled his eyes again. If your job is that big of an inconvenience you should not be in that practice to begin with. I hope you learn to be more respectful to people before you lose your job.

Their automated phone system is the worst I have ever experienced
Seriously thinking of dropping all prescriptions. And my. Purchased there are enormous.
