Employees are pleasant and wait time for the rental was minimal. It really helped that they were able to pick me up to get the rental and bring me home upon my returning. It was a first time experience and I will not hesitate doing business with them again.

My experience was the best I’ve had renting a vehicle ever. Especially because of Xavier. He helped me out the best and always made sure my questions and concerns were answered and addressed. If I had to rent a car again o would definitely rent with him. Thank you Xavier.

They were very polite they got me a truck the windshield was dirty but that was the only problem with it it did really good got good gas mileage going from granbury Texas all I would use them again

My mom and I both had rental cars last week (two different reasons lol) and I was there for both drop offs. XAVIER was amazing!!! He was efficient while checking the car out before I left and very polite and loved the conversation vs just awkwardly waiting on him to be done. It's hard to find customer service like this and I hope he goes far with it!

EDITED REVIEW: I posted a 1 star review for this location 9 months ago and I am now changing it to a 4 star review. Ever since Hannah took over the branch things have been running smoothly. The problem I was experiencing was that they kept putting me in economy sized cars when I was reserving full size cars. That problem was solved and never a problem again. In fact, many times I was upgraded to deluxe. Reagan, and Hannah, and Xavier have been wonderful to me! The missing star is for ADRIAN the Regional Manager over them. HORRIBLE customer service!

I had a really bad experience with another location in Ft Worth. It's not all that important, anymore. The people (Hanna and Morgan) at this store restored my faith in Enterprise! They were helpful, efficient and offered several solutions. Keep up the good work, you give the brand a good name, and Thank you!

I was charged for fuel when I brought the vehicle back with a full tank. The local manager says they can not do anything about it because they are no longer able to open the ticket. They gave me a number to corporate, who also says they can not do anything about it and I have to speak with the area manager. They will not give me a phone number for the area manager, I have had 3 different people at corporate tell me they emailed, or called the area manager and I would be hearing back from them soon. This has been going on for over a month now. I was never given, or sent a receipt when I returned the vehicle. My card was just charged.

I have been calling corporate Enterprise and leaving voicemails for 2 weeks and no one is returning my phone calls. I finally got ahold of someone who said they were reaching out to the area manager and still have not heard back from an area manager in a week regarding an issue with my card being incorrectly charged.

First time not a 5 star experience. Had to wait an hour for a car (reservation was made 3 weeks in advance), car ran, but dented up and pretty uncomfortable car, then promised a free upgrade to be emailed for the wait and never received. These guys are usually right on top of it, but not this time.

I had to use them while my truck was in the shop for hail damage repair. They were all super nice, very friendly, funny and just outstanding. They also had great knowledge of the vehicles.I definitely recommend them.

I've rented several vehicles here over a few years .. this current experience has not been good, after making a reservation 2 weeks prior I had to wait over an hour and a half for my "reservation", then I was given an unsafe vehicle .. it had a tire 9 lbs under inflated, it had no washer fluid, I had to add oil .. a customer should've need to worry about maintenance on a rented vehicle.Added to this mess is bad management, the Manager refuses to make a bad situation any better by doing the right thing.Unfortunately this is the only place in town to rent, so they really don't care.

This location has a history of renting unsafe vehicles, no one competent checks service needs at this location .. multiple times now we've been given vehicles that have issues ... low tires (10 lbs low), no washer fluid and having to add oil.Customer service at this location (Granbury) isn't good, management is unwilling to do anything for you (the customer), when fault clearly lies with Enterprise.Unfortunately the customer gets the shaft here, and the Manager doesn't care, as there's no other place in town to rent a vehicle.

Sad experience. Reserved a car that showed available, went to the location only to discover that no car would be there until the next day. I was told that the agent called me to tell me this (even though I had a reservation). I checked my phone to discover that within 4 minutes they left only a call back request (I was still on the phone with their agent). When arriving a few hours later at the location I found two agents standing (doing nothing) when I walked in. After the agent told me the details, they offered to send me an hour away for another reservation in Fort Worth. They seemed fine with their one chance to reach me by leaving only a call back request on my VM. I would hope someone could help them learn to go the extra mile and call a 2nd time when they know someone has NOT been reached (especially when they are not busy). Also for corporate enterprise.... It seems that your software is antiquated if accurate information is not available to your agents. THEN, we drove to Fort Worth to the 2nd location to find the exact same situation. After 2.5 hours and two enterprise locations we decided it's not best to rent at enterprise. I'm really hoping you can improve your customer experience.
