Don’t take your car here. Had an evaporator core replaced on my 2018 Subaru $1k later. Drove off from shop and car was making very loud wild sounds. They didn’t test drive it before letting my daughter and I leave. Brought back immediately, and compressor went out apparently so they fixed for free. They also said they overcharged the Freon so they fixed that. THEN the car started leaking fluid on my feet while driving and riding passenger. Took back and they realized they didn’t put the cover on the evaporator core and it was leaking around where it should have been sealed up. Brought back again after ordering part and car is making sounds with a/c on. I will not be returning. Now have to take my car back to dealership to check over their work and fix what they messed up. I put my trust in the owner Dale and this did not get resolved.
Update: learned aftermarket parts were used and now I am paying subaru to install factory ones. Sorry for my frustration, I just wanted my car fixed.

Thoughtful efficient service . I am grateful for their rapid attention and repair to fix my truck when the blower motor burst into flames while I was briefly in town visiting a friend. Still able to drive home that evening with AC in the heat of august!

This place is amazing! They really took care of me and above beyond to make sure I did not get taken advantage of by my so called extended warranty company!
When I first took my car in I was trying to set up a rental car. I needed to load my card with money to be able to reserve the rental, so he let me borrow the company car to run to the dollar store and back! Once I got back and thought I had a rental car reserved it turns out there wasn't one available at the time and I had no way to work! He had to take a car he had been working on out for a test drive to make sure it worked properly, so he gave me a ride to work as the test drive. I'm telling you they were amazing from the start! Then it took a little bit for them to be able to order parts for my vehicle because my extended warranty was trying to give them the run around wanting them to used uncertified parts form online so it would be cheaper. He let them know that they were unable to used those parts to have any kind of warranty or guarantee that they would work. As he was going back and forth with the company on what they were gonna pay for these parts and where he needed to get them they told him they were gonna call him back. After he didn't hear back from them again for about a week he called them and he found out that they closed the ticket all together. So he had them open it back up that way he could get my car fixed. When he did they told him they were not gonna pay more than what you could order them online for and if he wanted the full price he was gonna have to bill me for the difference. Mind you I was only supposed to have to pay my $50 deductible through my extended warranty. So he called me told me what was going on and let me know the difference would be $595 on top of the $50 deductible. I started to kinda freak out because I do not have and extra $500-$600 just laying around to spend! I'm a pay check to paycheck kinda person! Lol! I think he heard the panic in my voice while we talked and he told me not to worry about the extra cost, he was just take what the warranty gave him and only charge me the $50 deductible. I couldnt believe it! I was so worried about how I was gonna get this extra money and I was stressed to the max! When he told me that I was so grateful and relieved all I could do was cry! Lol! So please make sure you treat these guys well! They are totally amazing! Thank you Samuel for keeping it professional and affordable! You are the. Best! I won't go anywhere else for my car servicing needs!
