“Trying to get in to see doctor since late November. Waited until January for appointment. Currently have only met the PA, who was very nice. Scheduled to have blood draw on Monday January 26th and there was snow and ice. For many days I’d received texts and emails to be sure not to miss appt or be charged $100. I tried calling all weekend as the snow was not clearing from roads. So on Monday 8am I had to show up at the clinic. Not a single person was there. Nothing on website, email, text or their answering message. I left a message for someone to call me. By Monday February 2nd, the appt has not been rescheduled. I tried calling and finally texted.
I have no doubt the doctor and PA are very nice. But when someone calls trying to get an appt because their blood pressure is out of control, you’d think someone might care.
I’m not sure if there is just too few support staff or if there is no visibility to doctor on how the clinic appears to be run from a patient point of view. If I was not desperate to get the BP issue resolved, and also have severe dislike of lakeside physicians group, I’d probably not go back.
Hoping when I finally actually get a blood draw and real physical, the service quotient will go way up. If it does I’ll amend my review.
Update: Had blood draw and Christine was so pleasant and professional. Didn’t even feel the stick.

UPDATE I have since met with Richard Necker the PA there’s also a student named Rachel and I have met with Dr. JP. They are all wonderful and incredibly knowledgeable. I have had the most amazing experience the best Dr experience I’ve had in many years also I had a reaction to medication and they were able to see me within a couple hours on a Friday. They have truly changed my mind and I am so glad I found this office.”
