Horrible. Absolutely horrible. This is the worst banking experience I’ve ever had. Getting cussed out by a customer representative was the deal breaker, and I will be telling many people not to bank here. Do better!!

We have had our accounts with this bank for 32 years and very few problems. Suddenly we cannot sign in to our accounts online without having to wait for a phone call with a pin number. I did not mind when it was just every few months and I only had to do it once per account. Now it is every time, every account. Getting work done is very frustrating. I hope I can revise this review, which before last week, would have been 5 stars.

If you do any type of online business or really online anything please pick another bank. There website is old and not user friendly. You can not do the type of deposits through there ATM machines like 99% of banks allow now and the actual machine is dated. The bank puts a stop of purchases done online if you make several online purchases in a day(which is very common). Then you can't easily get in contact with the fraud department to get the stop on the card lifted. Basically, unless you just need simple banking and want to go in to the location to do your banking, choose a more tech savvy bank.

The most backwoods, & out-of-date banking I've ever come across. Don't use if you run a business. Don't use if you do business with businesses. Don't use if you buy things online. Don't use if people buy things online from you. DEFINATELY don't use if you buy things from another country (good lord they'll really have a fit!).

Great service. These guys and gals have helped us build our business here in Granbury. They don't have all the services that the big commercial banks have, but you can't beat the service!

Fantastic bank with fantastic customer service. It really is, "Your hometown bank." My father lives in Granbury and this is where he does some of his banking. We picked FNB, several years ago, for the location (right on the square) and architecture (it's a beautiful bank inside and out). If the appearance doesn't make you feel like you are stepping back in time, the customer service will. On this day (Monday 4/4/16) I was helped by Maria C. All I can say is fantastic experience and missions accomplished. Thank you! PS. While lobby hours are a little short (anyone remember "banker hours"), the "Motor Bank" has extended and Saturday hours. Hours: Lobby / Motor Bank (aka "drive up window") Monday 9am - 3pm / 8am - 6pm Tuesday 9am - 3pm / 8am - 6pm Wednesday 9am - 3pm / 8am - 6pm Thursday 9am - 3pm / 8am - 6pm Friday 9am - 6pm / 8am - 6pm Saturday None / 9am - Noon

Their on-line banking site customer service is poor at best! If you want on-line banking better check around. Their on-line service has been down for two days and no one seems to know what is going on! ON LINE BANKING SUCKS!!!
