There response to my call was within a 1 hour window. I told them the number of items I had to move, they thought it could be accomplished within. About an hour. I was sceptical, but I was very impressed when they got here...they were quick/efficient and very polite. They unloaded in the same manner..all within the 1 hour window. Will use them for the rest of the house, when the time comes
