Trash place for community service, if you haven't been there in 30 days they will turn you away, they expect you to treat it like a real job as if you don't have an actual job to go to or real priorities, waste of time and gas.

Not much glassware and not too organized. Also things seem dirty. And the prices are just going up and up .

While I hate to share the secret of this place(lol), I want to give credit where credit is due. Goodwill Granbury is one of the nicest Goodwills we have ever been to. It is inviting, very clean, super organized for a thrift store, easy to find what you need, top notch products, and it doesn't smell awful with strong laundry detergent, like many of the other ones do. The employees were busy on the floor making sure things stayed organized, and they were kind. Will be back.

Former employee :Cashiers Forced to Solicit change from 60% of customers to Keep their job , monthly meeting tells employees to lie to customers what the extra money is used for . Each store is individually owned , corrupt business . Takes free merchandise and begs for money from customers to pay CEO Extra . Management is corrupt and abusive to staff. Below response is completely False , above is facts checked by corporate

Why are their no disabled people as employees? That's because cashiers are forced to beg customers for change at point of sale to Keep employment. Goodwill is individually owned and ceo wants only non disabled to keep profits higher based on work load . Discrimination + vetbal abuse + managers sleep with each other in the store . Will Never shop here again zero stars

First time to visit the store today. The A/C is either broken or they don’t want to lower the temp. I would have shopped there for at least an hour or two with the large amounts of things they have in the building, however the store was too hot and stuffy. I’m a long time goodwill shopper and I always go to a goodwill every time I am in a new place so I know they are normally very comfortable to stay a couple of hours in to hunt for a great deal. But today this location was not comfortable at all. The lady at the check out was very nice and told us she has reported it to management already. I felt bad for her having to work in a store as warm and stuffy as it was. Hopefully they will fix it soon or no one will want to be there as these Texas summers get warmed up!
