My husband went in yesterday to get a haircut. He came out with a bald spot on each side. I was shocked that the stylist would let him walk out of the shop like that. He went back in and another lady fixed it but unfortunately they are still there just not as bad. If I could give the rating it would be a 0.

I brought in my 3 son's, we all got hair cuts every one loved their hair cuts. Staff was super nice. Highly recommend this location.

I like Great clips South, but I am changing my review based on an inconsitency that I have noticed and some other reasons that I will mention later. I have noticed that on more than one occasion, the Granbury South turns some people away even 30 minutes before closing. The inconsistency is that they only give some people a coupon for the inconvenience and not others. Today it was our turn for the aweful treatment and inconsistency. My son was on the waiting list and when we arrived, someone had taken him off of it because he was no longer on it. I told the hispanic lady that someone took my son off of the list. I went to my car real quick to get my phone that I left, while they sorted out the situation and came back to find my son walking out. He said he was told that he could come back the next day. He told me that the hispanic lady gave a walk in a coupon for another day and didn't give him anything. To clarify, this was around 4:20pm on Saturday. So, I checked in online to Granbury North. When we arrived someone was already ready to cut his hair. This was around 4:40pm. While I was waiting on him, I noticed that there were also people on the waiting list just like at Granbury South, yet Granbury North still greeted walk ins and checked them in without turning them away and they had one less stylist. Granbury South, please change the inconsistencies in treatment, it is unacceptable! I will say that I will only continue to go to Granbury South because my kids and I like Christie Suth and she is highly skilled.
