I hardly know where to start with these people. I've used just about every pharmacy around and I've never been talked to like that before and the service itself was far and away the worst I've ever experienced. Yesterday I went to the store to check the status of a prescription that I had ordered a week before. I had always received this drug the same day or the next with other pharmacies but not HEB. They never called me even though they said they did. In fact, they first told me they had no knowledge of that order. Finally, later, one of the druggist told me they had called in my order 2 separate times and got no reply from my doctor. I talked with my doctor of 34 years and he said that he had approved both requests the same day they were made. Later that day they actually called to say it was ready.
As for the way they talked to me, I'll just say they were very rude at best and I would suggest these people are in the wrong line of work. I'm not sure how to shorten all this verbiage and it doesn't even address all the (I have 17 prescriptions) previous dealings I have had with them during the short time I've been using HEB.
I am now in the process of switching to another pharmacy and another grocery store. That's how bad they are. And, yes, their grocery prices have increased dramatically during the last year.
Of course, that's been the case with everyone.

Best pharmacy in town. Fast, friendly, accurate. Some of the others don't verify your information and I've gotten the wrong meds. Never happens here. More than once, the pharmacist has helped me find an over the counter med or alternative that I needed.

The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and work to keep you informed when there is a delay with a prescription (as I had when one was picked up by their central fill outside the store). I had to leave my former pharmacy when my insurance was no longer accepted there, and HEB pharmacy staff has met and exceeded my high standards!

They are always on task in so many ways you couldn't ask for a better pharmacy just kind of a long drive from where I'm at...I switched from the CVS couple of years ago I'm never going back HEB is the best they've won that reward for best pharmacy in Granbury for a bunch of years in a row and it's true....
