“I have been trying to care of a matter through another State Farm in another town, which is 5 1/2 hours away. I got frustrated because I was getting nowhere fast. The agents in the other office were not helpful and acted like they didn't care. So, I called Chris who works at Jace Foreman's office in Granbury.(Jace is my State Farm agent.) Chris was very understanding and told me he would look into it. Well, Chris called the other office and found a way for me to take care of the matter in Granbury at Jace's office.
