Oh my gosh their sauerkraut and their red cabbage are so delicious!! So glad we discovered this place because now we can go back for more. Word of warning though - their portions are BIG so either plan to share or go very very hungry!

It’s hard to find great German food but man, this is the place. Great service and atmosphere. If we were closer, I’d be there every week!

Came in during the no-no hour because this was one of the last local places open that was close to our air bnb. It was an hour before closing and this OUTSTANDING french waitress put up with all of us without even blinking. ( I only say this as we were a group of four and hour before closing) I owe her the world. She was so kind and recommended great tasting beer and her service was 1000/10. Treated us like we were longtime friends. You know when you travel and go to a great restaurant you know you'll never see again and get sad? This was Ketzlers. The staff was kind, quick and personable. I'm sad I have to go back to Washington. Love you guys ♥️ thanks for the unforgettable experience! Oh! Tell oma her meatballs are the greatest, too!

My entire family loves ❤️ this restaurant. The food is fresh, authentic German dishes. Waiters are always smiling and polite, fast service and very helpful in making a great decision in menu choice. We spend around $40 for 2 and never disappointed.

My husband and I have been here many times over the years. The new location is very nice. The service has always been great. The food is lacking the past couple of visits. The spatzel is very dry and not flavored. The sauerkraut is so minimal, maybe a tablespoon. The beer is good, very cold. Sausages are very good. The fried potatoes are bland and taste frozen. The strudel was so disappointing. It seems the food is not as freshly made as it used to be. Prices are high, portions are small. There is also a service fee added to your check as well. Not as great as it was years ago.

Such a fun place to stop for dinner. My wife lived in Germany for a while so this place brings back all the feels for her. Great food. I love the Wiener schnitzel. The spatzle is phenomenal as well.

The food was ok, beer was good, service was great, atmosphere was disappointing. I think we would have enjoyed it more if we could have sat outside in the beirgarten. It was such a nice day and no daylight or view from inside the restaurant.

Went today (02/23/2024) for lunch and had such a great experience. Waited a minute or so and was immediately seated, waiter came by and I was able to order my food. Food took about 10 minutes or so, but was worth the wait!Ordered a cinnamon pretzel before getting my food. And came with vanilla dipping sauce. Great place to visit and experience!
