Was leaving out of town at 10 completely forgot to call in my precipitation so when they opened at 9 I called and asked if they could get it ready by then. Lady was super nice and was able to get it ready in time! Highly recommend this pharmacy, great customer service!

If you want the best shining example of corp greed in our little town....look no further thanks Kroger...the concept of customer service is nonexistent here...a decade ago when they had the smaller store, they still had some humanity...now you hafta put them in with WallyWorld or HEB...which i havent been to either one of those in years either for the very reasons I will.mot return to Kroger ....i fefy you to get help out...Granbury is a senior dense town...so you can go put your crap in your basket, take it back out for them to ring it up so fast that you can't tell if you are getting the right price...there is always a mistake then you are told to go stand in the one person manned customer service line...if you are buying clearance or sale, go on and take a pic because the registers won't know it...so if you stand in lime, you better bag your own stuff or your deli hot chicken will be on top of your bread...so better to go thru self ck and spend 300 then ask for help w all that cat litter and dog food...haha...just do it yourself TRUST ME...if you need help finding something GOOD LUCK...I asked why the deli :pulled: chkn was 11.99 a pound....just cut up haphazardly from left over deli chkn..She called mgr out and i thought he was going to strike me...he was hot...and said I DON'T KNOW...I SAID ITS MORE EXPENSIVE THAN THE RIBEYE ...Said ask DELI AND WALKED OFF...and that very week they killed most of the deli which was always busy w one overworked person...now that one person is cut back...one person in bakery...one in meats...4 registers open, no sack help, no carryout...so by the time i get thru doing everything myself and spending 300...my handicap sticker is usually useless because I hafta park in the south 40 so I refuse to schlepp the basket all the way back up to the front...nobody has helped me do one thing since I walked in the store...so i push cart over to middle area, along with the 50 or so already out there...soooooo now I go to Brookshires where you can find someone to help...you dont hafta ask for items to be carried out and they act like they are glad to see you....yayyyyyy....btw im 75 and disabled...but they need that bottom line for the mgr to get his bonus...same treatment at HEB and walmart...and no one even sends out sale flyers anymore....EXCEPT BROOKSHIRES...so theyve had ally business for awhile now...AND THEY GIVE SR DISCOUNTS WHICH THD OTHER 3 GREEDY CORPS QUIT ALSO...:(

Horrible service to say the least. A few weeks ago the Store Mgr of Krogers offered me $200.00 for the inconvenience for making another trip for nothing. I thanked him for his offer, however, declined the money. I just want to be treated like a human being and not lied to by the pharmacy staff.

Between Kroger sales, e coupons in the app and paper coupons... I save more at Kroger than anywhere else. Their meat and produce departments are much better than several other local stores. The employees are always courteous and helpful.

No more! I have put up with their relentless rudeness for the last time. Every single one of them are rude some worse then others. They are slow they lie and tell you prescriptions are ready then you go to pick them up and they still haven't been filled. But the rude behavior is totally uncalled for and I am switching pharmacy as I write this. Shame on you people for treating customers so ugly!

There should be some kind of repercussions for pharmacists and techs lying to patients. If you can’t or don’t want to fill my scripts, just let me know so I can go elsewhere. Instead, I’m waiting almost a week and they told my husband the “DEA” wouldn’t let them fill them. Um, WHAT?? My husband used to work with DEA so that didn’t go over well. They don’t have anything to with my scripts. Went across the street and just like that, got it filled. Thank you H-E-B!

My wife gets 4 prescriptions filled every three months. We use the discount card and appreciate the pricing given. However, lately the personnel at the Granbury Kroger Pharmacy are the rudest, least professional people I've ever encountered in the entire State of Texas if not the whole country.My wife was notified her 4 scripts were ready for pickup. We live near Glen Rose so it is a drive to get there. She drove to the pickup window and was told only two were filled. They weren't interested in filling the other two so my wife said she would come back today to get all four. She came back over 24 hrs later and 1 was still not filled. The angry blonde woman at the window told her to get out of the way because a car was behind her! She said she could wait an hour in the car, come into the store, or just leave!! One-way trip is 30 minutes, two round trips is two hours of lost time and spent fuel for totally incompetent personnel!The other reviews indicated a brown haired woman supervisor would deal with this hateful woman. Apparently she IS the problem along with the others. Kroger, get a new team and send this bunch to a competitor. Then they won't continue to cost you customers!

I like that the main pharmacists asks if you are familiar with taking the medications and if you know the side effects. However, The other technicians have no customer service skills.

I travel in country alot! No matter where I'm at there is a kroger pharmacy within a short drive and I can pick up my prescriptions generally without much delay with a simple phone call even when I'm away from home. Thanks kroger!!

I love the quality of their products and the prices are reasonable. I get lots of savings with my Kroger membership card and digital coupons. The fuel points has saved us money on gasoline. The store is always clean and the employees are helpful.

Can I possibly give it a negative star?!... I moved to the Granbury area over a year ago and started using this pharmacy and I wish I wouldn't have. They are the rudest people I have ever encountered in my entire life. Not only is there always an extremely long wait, even when you are the only one waiting on an RX, but they have absolutely no politeness about them! And I mean that by every single person who works in the pharmacy, including the pharmacists. I travel, alot but Texas is my home state, so I have to have my medications filled in Texas, but Kroger, you should be ashamed of yourselves for allowing your employees to treat your customers the way that they do! You need to host a customer service class and make all of your pharmacy employees attend! My family and I will be moving our business to another company. Shame on you Kroger!!!

I was called at 4:20 pm being told that my order that I scheduled for 5-6pm pick up wouldn't be ready till 7pm. Note the girl was rude. That's pretty last minute to be told. Regardless of this information I still was going to come at my scheduled time and just wait because I wasn't going to waste gas to go all the way home to Lipan to then turn around. I pull up at 5:30 pm and get a call saying my order is ready. Interesting? I thought my order was going to be pushed? I ask and said something to the guy at pick up about the issue but was told " we do that sometimes". Umm seems like people are just wanting to be lazy or not do their job. Thankful I didn't change my plans. Very not happy with the customer service and will be using H-E-B pick up going forward. They are more reliable and have better customer service.
