what a horrible experience. I walked back in the shop after I purchased $600 outdoor table that came out without screws for the chairs. they introduced me to Mr Robinson. the main manager of the shop. I tried to explain what I needed but the guy started walking without even answering or communicating with me in any way, just walking with his head straight like zombie trying to show off his bad ass look. I didnt know where that was coming from but I couldn't give much time to an attitude that comes from nowhere and for no reason. he told me with firm eyes to wait for somebody instead to take the screws himself and give them to me. over ten minutes of waiting and I see passing by with 2 customers without looking at me, so I followed him and when he turned around i had to deal with his funny bad ass look on his face again, he took his little radio and staring at me he said the gentlem his coming over there now! I really didn't want to deal with his depressiion that tries to to vent off at work and with the wrong people.Very bad customer service from a character that shows up with a freak look and not professional for the position that Lowe's gave him. mr Robinson your device really sucked like your haircut lol.

unsafe store, they do not care about customers. they act real nice but do not be fooled. they go around on their forklift without flaggers, on the lifts without barricades. really popular store but so unsafe, "accidents" waiting to happen.

Do not pay for Lowes extended warranty on appliances. It is not worth the paper it is printed on. They do not do what they promise.

So this is possibly the worst run Lowe's in Texas. Sadly this is the only Lowe's in the area. I've had multiple problems getting help at this store. They are severely understaffed compared with Home Depot. I kept giving them passes because they do have clean, well organized stores. Most recently was there to pickup a few items on a Saturday morning. Got to self check out and they 1 elderly lady trying her best but she was completely overwhelmed. She kept checking people out on her register while the other self checkout lanes had customers with error messages and so everyone was just standing around. She apparently didn't know how to call for help. They only had 1 other cashier working a full service line. Long line formed and everyone was getting upset. I squarely blame extremely poor Management!! How does this Store manager keep their job??

These guys are struggling with delivering appliances through third party delivery folks. Maybe Home Depot for me next time, shame.

So impressed with this store - I bought my washer from there and have been back there ever since. The employees are genuinely friendly, I love the veterans who wear the special vest to recognize their efforts for our country. Today, for example, I walked straight to Aisle 33 to grab a filter and got greeted by 2 employees, and 1 veteran, all of whom gave a warm hello and asked if they could help me. Hope to buy a grill here sometime soon. Highly recommend this place.

If I could leave a 0 review I would. I was buying a rug a Lowes Granbury, when a person came on the overhead speaker and announced that the store was closing in 10 minutes. I tried to get someone to help me get the rug I wanted, but there were no associates available. I pulled the rug out of the bin and carried a 8x10' rug to the front of the store, where there were at least 5 associates flirting with the cashier at customer service. I then bought a rug at this Lowes and asked if they did price matching. I was told yes, but I had to show them a photo of the rug from Home Depot. I showed them a rug from Home Depot that was the same size and the same manufacturer as the Lowes rug, and was $20 cheaper, but since it wasn't the exact same design, they wouldn't give me the price match. I will never shop at this store again and strongly recommend other potential customers heed my warning. Such poor service should not be rewarded.

Worst customer service ever. Management didn't even bother looking for a microwave that I'd be driving over an hour to pick up. So done with Lowe's.

Lowe's seems to be going woke. 13 days and still no 4th of July patriotic decorations out. Halloween would be out two months before the holiday. Christmas would be out three months ahead of the holiday. Who is making these decisions? Why are the permitted to make these decisions? They obviously need a new job or at least be living in another country. Give me an answer Lowe's!!!

The only thing I'd change: roaming security guards to enforce mask compliance. Lowe's wisely protects its employees and requires patrons to enter with masks, but Covidiots rip theirs off the moment no one is looking. From Wilma in Paint to Mike in Building Supplies, colorful Crystal, and the ever-happy Morgan, they have an outstanding crew who you naturally want to protect. Lowe's would achieve perfection if the chain simply put out the 30.06 and 30.07 to repel the gun menacers -- they seem to have traded their fetish for going barefaced (anything to show defiance) -- and required masking. It could even be a positive: make a big deal about arming each employee daily with a stack of Additional 5% Off coupons to be given to people having the courtesy to wear masks. That program wouldn't take 2 hours to build and execute.

Went today to return two items. Three associates were at the refund desk. One finished waiting on another customer, then looked me straight in the eyes and answered the phone. No recognition whatsoever or a signal that she would be right with me. The other two ladies were chatting with each other and ignored me. I didn't think they were part of the refund department. After that little chat broke up, one finally saw me and said "Sorry." I have watched this Lowe's service decline over the years; this is just another example.

The employees at the store are always extra helpful. We went into lawn and garden today to get some mulch and the guy loaded the mulch for us onto a cart, pulled it to the register and loaded in our truck for us once we checked out. Wow. The customer service is always above and beyond and I appreciate that.

I needed help finding something walked halfway through the store before I found someone. When I asked for help they told me they will be right with me. Say there watching him text on his cell phone. This store never did have the best customer service for the past two years I been coming here. Home Depot thou has good service and is not that far from Lowe's on 377.

Went to this location yesterday to pick up a few things. In the course of not getting a product to scan, we left several items in a bag at the self checkout. Once we got home and figured it out, I called the store to make sure they had it and to put my name on it so I could run in the next day and grab it. Went back at 9:30 am the next day and they had put all the stuff back on the shelf. The lady at the service desk wrote down the item # for a couple of things as my husband had picked them up and I had no idea what they were. I went to try to find them. She never offered to get someone to help me or apologized for the inconvenience. When I got back to the service desk, sure enough I had gotten the wrong thing. So lnow the lady behind the counter calls someone to bring up the item. Again, no apology for the mix up, having to wait, putting them back etc.. she proceeded to talk about her dogs to another employee. Finally after waiting at least 5 minutes, I went back to the car and just told my husband to got get what he needed. As I was walking out the door, the guy brought the missing item up to the front. She could have easily called out to me or had the employee follow me out, but she chose to do nothing at all. What should have literally been a 30 second pick up turned into a 1/2 hour! I've had bad luck with Home depot, but may have to try them again. Especially if I'm in Granbury. The lady behind the counter was not nice or very accommodating at all. Will not be going in there again!
