I am really disappointed in Lowe's lately. Their customer service is usually pretty good and the quality is better than Home Depot BUT in the last month their lumber and hardware has been anything but good or average quality. So much of the wood is warped, cracked, too many pine knots, the treated wood is not treated, the measurements are smaller than on the labels indicated. The hardware, screws were broken in the big boxes and kitchen door knobs had cracks and cuts. Please do a lot better Lowe's! This is really embarrassing and a waist of time and money.

Delivery is fast, and the 10% military discount is a plus. Great for all your project needs

I wasn't apart of the conversation, but Flooring Specialist Leslie Deluna handled an uncooperative, out of line, unreasonable customer with kindness and calmness.
Her patience was outstanding.
I believe the customer walked away with a much better disposition.

Amazing customer service! We bought a zero turn and they were very helpful and accommodating. Turns out it had some issues and we had to exchange it but they went above and beyond

Clinton in plumbing went above and beyond to help us find a solution to our sink problem. What was supposed to be a simple faucet replacement turned into a huge problem and he was there to answer questions, guide us and offer suggestions that worked like a charm. What took 5 trips to another store took 1 and done here at Lowe’s. Thank you!
