Called them when our truck broke down in Weatherford and withing 35-40 mins was there and towed it back to Granbury. Both the receptionist and the gentleman who came out were professional and courteous. Had the tuck back to the house in just a little over an hour. Fast, efficient, and responsive. Thank you very much.

Terrible customer service very very rude getting mad, interrupt all the time, they are right, and no one else just arguing they say the only is one option they don't like to help people. They tried to make people life harder.

What wonderful people, these guys are the best of the best. Jesse picked up our jeep in Joshua and drove it all the way to Fort worth. Fast and experienced, but more than that these are just good folk and a pleasure to know. Thanks again Jesse and God bless you and your Son for helping us out of a difficult situation.

Excellent service and extremely helpful. Seriously if you’re ever stranded or need a tow call these people, not only do they arrive on time but the customer service is top notch and the employees are very insightful.
Thanks again, hopefully won’t have to use this service again for awhile.

Never again. Three trucks, each rerouted. Noone shows. Driver lied to AAA dispatch stating they showed up but I turned them away. 5 hours now, after dark, no wrecker, drivers hang up when called. AAA can't find another service.

TLDR: M&D Towing Services LLC and their team is just awesome. There was a time crunch and they worked above & beyond for me to make it on time. Use them.Cannot say enough good things.The DISPATCHER worked with me through all the craziness of changing the destination address and trying to get the car there on time and answered all of my many calls with cheery helpfulness, even giving text updates to put my nerves at rest. AND she did all the talking with Allstate so I wouldn't have to be stuck on hold forever.The TOW TRUCK DRIVER traverse the mud that is currently my property to get to the car. He set me up to post payment on the way so I'd be able to head straight to the rental place. He even dropped me off a couple blocks early at the car rental place when he heard I'd be running (literally) there from the mechanic to get there before close.

During a rainy weekend evening, we found ourselves stuck in a mud pit, quite literally. In a stroke of luck, we reached out to M&D towing service, and their response time was exceptional. ( especially the one who answered my phone, I forgot the name… Brandy?) The team arrived promptly and wasted no time in assisting us. Not only were they helpful and kind, but they also ensured that the price for their service was reasonable. While I hope to never find myself in a similar situation again, I take comfort in knowing that if I do, I can rely on M&D Towing Service. Highly recommended for their promptness, professionalism, and overall outstanding service!
