About People Helping People
People Helping People is the oldest and largest food bank in Hood County, Texas. The organization purchases around 6,000 pounds of food a week for distribution to 150-200 families. It has two Resale Areas where donated items are sold to help pay for food. The staff are respectful and helpful. People Helping People has a mission to help those who have fallen on difficult times. The organization has a resale shop with clothing, furniture, and household items. Proceeds from the shop help provide food and resources to people in need. The community is grateful for the organization's efforts to expand its resources and help those in need. People Helping People is a unique place where buying resale items helps others, and it keeps the money in the local community.

Best place in the Granbury area to donate! They take pretty much every type of item and the people that work/volunteer there are wonderful.

I love this place. The staff are so respectful & sweet. They gave me good food for my family. They also have nice clothing & other things at the shop. They're truly angels.
