Going to Granbury store to get my usual 2 boxes of 30 count, fancy Fiest cat food. They are out 2 young ladies leaning against the counter saying that we Have these two Palates In the middle of the floor They need.
To put out today , but they don't know if they'll have time . There were no customers in the store. Hey we're doing nothing but leaning against the counter talking to each other. Time to find a new place to find my pet supplies.

Scheduled grooming on their website for the next day. Later that evening I received a call that my time slot was unavailable and to call for rescheduling. I called to inquire about the unavailable time. The response was ‘oh we don’t know why it doesn’t work’Very poor web design. The associate was very friendly, but I won’t be back.
