“This is a great store, the employees know what they are doing and they are very nice, I mostly go here to drop off Amazon returns and it’s so convent. I also sometimes use the self serve printer for shipping labels. One label is 30 cent to me that’s a great price and the Amazon return process is fast.”

“I’ve always used the UPS store for shipping. The people there are fantastic and always given great service. But today they went above and beyond! I had a very large package to ship and weighed 55 lbs. I got to the store well before they opened, unloaded the box and set it next to the door and was content to wait for them to open. Even though they were closed, Elizabeth came out, and helped me get the package inside and went ahead and processed it to be shipped. Given that I have sat in front of other stores waiting for them to open, this was a first! This is a level of service you don’t see much of anymore. Thanks Elizabeth!!!!”
