“If I could give Heine Propane more than five stars, I would. From my first conversations with Shannon, Wade, and Brian through today's service call with Cody, I have been extremely impressed with this company. Cody arrived right when I was told to expect him and took the time to thoroughly evaluate what I wanted done with the propane system on my RV. What impressed me most was that Cody did not immediately agree to do the job. His first concern was whether my proposed setup could be used safely over time, particularly because I wanted the ability to exchange propane tanks regularly. He talked through the potential problems, reconsidered the configuration, verified his approach, and ultimately designed a solution that gave me two distinct connection points—one associated with the RV system and another that makes exchanging my external tanks much easier without repeatedly disturbing the same connections. Before beginning the work, he explained exactly what he planned to do, gave me an estimated cost, and asked for my approval to proceed. Once the installation was complete, he carefully checked the system for leaks and even taught me something important about the proper leak-detection solution to use on propane fittings. He even went so far as to show me the correct professional product to keep on hand and explained how to use it safely. Cody was knowledgeable, patient, resourceful, transparent about the cost, and—most importantly to me—safety came before making the sale. He could have simply done what I originally requested and collected the money. Instead, he stopped, thought through how I would actually use the system after he left, and found a safer and easier solution for me. I initially found less-expensive options elsewhere, but my experience with Heine Propane has shown me why price should not be the only consideration. The customer service, workmanship, education, and attention to safety I received were worth it. Thank you, Cody, Shannon, Wade, Brian, and the Heine Propane team. You have earned a very satisfied customer.”

“I want to let the Granbury Pinnacle office know what great service I’ve received from Brad through the years! Always professional, communicative and courteous…and knows so much about our set up here. And today, Jesus came as well, and was equally as helpful and courteous. Thank you for the great service!”

“We asked Ferrell to fill our tank and could not be there when the delivery man called. I explained how to get in the gate where there was an electric fence and he got in and out and hooked it back up. It’s amazing now that someone had the initiative to follow instructions and keep us from needing to be there . Thank you for having someone with “farm boy” sense working for you.”
