Made appointment on line, received text the morning of my appointment with link to click when I arrived. clicked on the link my Name instantly appI pad ( register in lobby ) was not working..but I signed the list provided . Lab tech greeted me withing 5 minutes... I was done and gone in 20 min.
Excellent expirence
eared on the Lobby Screen and within 15 minutesmy chemistry profile was completed ! Cant get any better!

Had some issues with the check-in tablet and I informed them of the issues, but other than that, the appointment went extremely fast. I was very pleased overall. Results were available next day.

Rude vulgar and avoidant staff, and getting masking tape for band aids is disgusting with how much they charge. Completely ridiculous.

I was very happy with Maria's service as I had been told to ask for her after I was denied a test previously and had to appeal to the system for a solution as this was just an issue in Granbury. I had an appointment and was fasting for other tests. When I was called over 15 minutes late, the plebotimist told me they couldn't give me that test (incorrect) so I asked for Maria as I was told and had to wait a other hour and a quarter to see her. Everyone in the shop should know how to do this very simple test, particulary after it had become an issue. So I can highly recommend Maria. The shop as a whole could be upgraded, modernized, and feelnless like a cattle barn, both in treatment and appearance.

Great experience. Made my appointment online. Checked in by text and waited less than 3 minutes before I was called back. I had my blood drawn by a very friendly and skilled technician.

I made the appointment online, was welcomed 2 minutes before due time, had blood drawn (painlessly) and was out in 5 minutes

I didn't catch the name of the lady that helped me, but she was fantastic! I normally have to get poked repeatedly, but she got it first try and had my draw finished in a flash with very little pain! I normally get very faint when I have my blood drawn, but she knocked it out so quickly that I didn't have to deal with that.
