I have labs done every 6 months. I like the staff and they get me in and out quickly! My Doctor drops the ball getting my orders sent over however. One big complaint is not being able to call the lab directly.

Easy process to make appointment, check in was ez, no wait time at all. easy stick. great staff, efficient & extremely good at what they do. Was in & out in no time at all. highly recommend this facility.

I used to be able to walk in and I would get seen within 15 minutes. I guess now you can sign up online for an appointment, or check in for an appointment when you get there. The process changed so much and without notice would be my only issue.On a positive note, when I went the time before the nurse seem to have a couple appointments that weren’t filled and she got me back ASAPNow that I know, I can make an appointment online before, I will be doing that. Thank y’all, have a blessed day.

Easy to schedule an appt through their app. I was seen within 5 minutes of my appointment time. The phlebotomist listened to me and used a butterfly and got a vein on the first try. The key to getting good service from Quest is to use the app. Otherwise, communication is very difficult and there is rarely anyone at the front desk to assist you.

Quest needs to have a person manning the front window to help customers, NOT A TABLET KIOSK. Stop trying to cut the budget. I'm quit sure Quest makes significant revenue. Put a person at the front window. The majority of your customers are elderly and they struggle to negotiate that check-in. Also, get more personable phlebotomists, who are more geared to customer service.

Your kiosk is misleading. I had several medical appointments the day in question, so I couldn’t make an appointment since couldn’t know exact time when I could arrive at lab. When checking in at kiosk, it told me I had two options without an appointment. One was take next available appointment (which was over 2 hours in future) or get on standby list and be worked in as techs time permitted. BUT, IT ASLO WARNED ME THAT STANDBY COULD BE A SIGNIFICANT DELAY. So I chose the next available appointment. Well, over the next two hours the waiting room emptied and several people came, were called back and left. I finally asked one of the techs if I was even on their list. She said I would not be called until 10 minutes before my appointment. It actually turned out to be 15 minutes AFTER my appointment because walkin were ahead of me, despite your policy of appointments taking priority. WHY DOES YOUR KIOSK NOT HAVE AN OPTION FOR PATIENT (OR TECH, SINCE SHE TOLD ME SHE COULDN’T EITHER) TO CHANGE OPTION TO GET ON WAIT LIST? It would have saved me an hour and a half sitting in your waiting room watching people come and go. And none of those people had appointments either.

This place is awful. No customer service. Don’t answer the phones. No front desk person to answer questions. Sat up there for 40 minutes and received zero help from anyone.

This place is awful… if you need help download the app… even if it’s a simple question just download the app the phone system does not work. And don’t bother telling them either because they’re aware

I’ve been here at least once a year for the 15 years I’ve lived in Granbury and every single time had a great experience. The staff is friendly, gentle, and efficient. I’ve even had them go above and beyond to help me out with an unexpected insurance issue last year.
