“I want to give a massive shout-out to Phillip at the Granbury Staples location. Last week, he completely renewed my faith after I ran into some issues with a printer I had purchased there. Phillip is a man of his word—he told me exactly what he was going to do, and then he actually followed through. He promised he would email the Epson representative and get back to me in a couple of days. True to his word, he followed up exactly when he said he would, and the Epson rep stepped up and did their part perfectly too! Phillip is a truly great asset to Staples. I honestly wish there were more people in customer service who cared as much as he does. Thank you so much, Phillip! I also want to extend a big thank you to the Epson representative who worked with him to get this sorted out. You both absolutely made my week!”

“Shipped various items in various sizes and weights to other states. Never a problem with handling or delivery. Will say that FedEx packaging is high and would recommend boxing the items yourself.”

“I do ALL my package shipping here, so I am in the store at least once per week. Tabitha is a true pleasure to interact with. She is personable (even remembers my name!), professional and very efficient. I really appreciate being offered the pricing for different delivery options as some of my packages are more urgent than others. I'm really glad FedEx is available so conveniently at Walmart, too.”
