Both the receptionist and the gentleman who came out were professional and courteous. Had the tuck back to the house in just a little over an hour. Fast, efficient, and responsive. “I really liked this place. The oak trees had lost their leaves and I called to have an acorn towed out of my yard. While waiting for them to arrive, my truck blew a tire. I couldn't find the acorn at night, so I asked if they would just tow my truck instead. They did and did a really good job”

“I had issues with my gear shifter going dead on my Tahoe when backing out of a parking lot. I could have used my roadside assistance but the estimated wait was 4-5 hours. I called Dons and they had a truck over to me within 30 minutes. The towman immediately knew what the issue was and reconnected my shifter cable to the transmission (it somehow got disconnected). He could have easily taken my money, towed the vehicle the to mechanic and all of that, but he went above and beyond. I offered to pay for his time, but he refused. GOD BLESS!! Amazing people!!”
