Hello js wanted to come on here and say I really loved it the lady who did my nails was so nice she even told me to go longer so it looked better and i definitely should’ve! But overall everyone was kind and I only am making a late review is because I wanted to see if the nails would stay on for awhile and they are staying on and they are beautiful it was also funny how they did a photo shoot haha!

The nail tech that I sat with tried to bully me into getting gel nails when I came into get regular nail polish. When he finally started doing my nails, I asked him like 6 times to fix multiple mistakes on my nails while shaping and he ignored me, just left me with extremely crooked, raised and chipped nails, He started to finish up I made a couple of comments about how I wanted to make sure the nails were dry and he mocked me multiple times, literally laughing at me.
I called/complained and they had me come back in for a second time, everything looked great until it came time to make sure they were dry and two separate techs confirmed that they were dry, they weren’t and now they refuse to fix anything. They won’t give me a refund on the crappy nails that they’ve sent me home twice now with either.

I went with my daughter for her birthday, and with how much we both work it is rare we get to go out and get pampered together. When I do get my nails done I request something special. My daughter wanted basically a French tip but with a glitter and on one finger without the tip done but a glittery heart. They told her it would cost her $100. That is ridiculous and when I showed my designs I was told they couldn't do any of the six designs I showed. The whole point of paying someone to do your nails for you, is to get something done you can't do on your own hands and to feel pampered while you do it. I left and went somewhere else while my daughter only stayed because they already started gluing the tips on her fingers. By the end, they did plain nails and put a bow ( didn't look that great) on one nail on each hand. They told her they were giving her a discount. She paid $60 for that and it was nowhere near what she wanted. I paid $70 at a different salon with a detailed design and the ppl there actually treated their customers like each one mattered. On unique nails pages it shows all kinds of designs and I don't know if they ran off the ppl with the talent to do that, but it's definitely false advertisement. I won't be going back.

Richard & Linda do a fabulous job on my nails. I love when Anita is working she's sooooo helpful!
I have neuropathy in my feet so they are very gentle with me and I'm so grateful for that attention!
They do my nearly 88yo Mother as well
They do an excellent job on both us
My Mom won't go anywhere else.

I took my daughter yesterday to get her nails done and I got a pedicure. While there the owner is spraying spray paint on the wall. I told workers he should not be doing that which they did not seem to care. The smell slowly moved through the entire place. My daughter was at the next table to the lady. The workers sure had masks on while painting but didn’t seem to care how it spread to their customers. When I had to go to pay the smell by the register was so strong my daughter had to leave the building. How do these people own a business? Do not recommend.

Horrible, Horrible Pedi by Richard the guy always at the front desk, he should not be doing them, he tore my feet up and literally shred them, they were bleeding, and it was such a painful experience. Nothing enjoyable at all with what is supposed to be relaxing and feel good. I ended up going to urgent care because I was afraid of getting an infection from all the tore up skin on my feet. Most horrible pedicure I have ever gotten and will never go back or refer my friends. Richard stay away from this if you have that much anger, don't take it out on people. Go find another job. You should not be in this business.

Went in for a pedicure since I had my little one with- they offered to do my manicure as well even with my daughter being with me.
They began my manicure and pedicure at the same time.
Manicure definitely was rushed since the beginning she didn’t even clean my cuticles correctly. I asked if maybe I should just do my pedicure AGAIN since I was holding my daughter and she said “No, I’m patient” and proceeded. I wish I would have never had it done worst manicure experience ever. My 6 year old niece would do a better job.
They charged me 85 for this awful manicure and pedicure. The gentleman with the white coat and glasses asked to pay the amount I told him that was crazy for the manicure quality, he then ignored me continued to charge me then said “Its gel” not even a sorry or let me fix it. Never again! I definitely don’t recommend!
