You lost my package. Found it and wouldnt let me pick it up when it WAS found. I submitted a ticket which you illegally closed out. You claimed it was delivered it to my mailbox. I have video proof it was not delivered. I used to work at usps and I know you illegally closed out my ticket. I have recorded phone calls and text/email evidence that you did this. Edit: just received my package that they would not allow me to pick up because they said that my name and address were not correct however it was correct. I literally gave you my name address and a description of the package over the phone and you denied me delivery or pick up …make this makes sense. Because my package just got delivered to my door with the right address on it on the same day that you said that the address was not right on the package.

Don't bother. Go to Acton if you can.
We visited this location with a USPS return label, but unfortunately had a very negative experience. The clerk was noticeably rude, insisted on measuring the package, and refused to accept it, claiming it was too large. When I asked if she could double-check the code in case there was a mistake, she abruptly responded, “Nope.”
Unsure, we decided to try the Acton post office instead. The staff there were courteous and helpful—they scanned our code without hesitation and accepted the package with no issues. Their professionalism was a refreshing contrast.
This was not our first poor encounter with the Granbury location.

Every visit here is something else. Today Andrea was covering upfront and was rude. Rhonda came in and made up for her coworkers behavior. If you don't like your job, find another. There's no need to be rude when it's your job to explain the process. I don't usually use USPS for packages and wasn't sure of the process, sorry for the inconvenience.

This is the second time that a package has has been lost by my postal worker. I have filed a complaint, but I can’t seem to get a real person on the line. So now what I’m just out $100 for my package? How do I get a hold of a real person to get my money back because it was insured?!

While the Customer Service Rep Zack was polite and helpful, it doesn't take away my concerns and frustrations on important and personal mail not being delivered to friends and family. Graduation announcements and birthday cards not being received by people who live just a few towns away is cause for concern. He did say a supervisor will do a ride along with my mail carrier to see that they are doing their job efficiently, but that seems like it should be a given to hire people with ethics and morals! So what's next? Nothing......after he confirmed there was no hold on my address and verified my address was properly listed in the system he said have a nice day. It just stinks that previous reviews seem to complain about the exact same thing. Where does our mail go and why am I not getting anything delivered in my mailbox either??? That's the question!!

I have had several cases where their delivery service was extremely poor and I never received my packages. I have permanently lost two packages because of the laziness of this business. Truly unfortunate that I have to trust these people with sending/receiving valuables.

I’ve already completed the surveys offered on the post office receipt, but I cannot express enough how courteous, patient, and thoughtful Rhonda and Susan were. Both were so helpful throughout my entire process, I didn’t even know shipping to an APO had changed, but they were able to answer any and all questions I had.
I’ve had some unremarkable visits to other post office locations, but this one felt above and beyond my expectations. I don’t think I’ve ever left a post office feeling valued as a customer before, and I didn’t expect to. But my visit was so pleasant, and I’m so thankful for these workers.
