If I could give 0 stars I would. This is the most racist establishment I’ve ever been to. If you are a person of color other than white don’t go there they will look at you and treat you like you’re stupid. The Manager also agreed to numbers with us prior to arriving and once we got there the price magically went up 5 thousand dollars. Worst experience ever.

This was our 4th purchase from Granbury Kia. We have always received great service all the way from the purchase of the vehicle to having our vehicles in for regular service work. Summer Anderson was the sales representative that we were fortunate enough to work with this time. She was extremely knowledgeable, and accommodating throughout the entire process. We would highly recommend her to all of our friends and family. She did an outstanding job. We left feeling grateful to have a new friend!

Dylan was amazing!! No pressure, listened to our needs and presented options. Probably the fastest buying experience we’ve ever had too! The service team is awesome too! Took my new car back the following weekend to have a toe hitch installed. They were accommodating, gave me updates each hour while I waited and even offered me some of the company lunch! They had me out an hour earlier than expected too. Overall, great experience!
