This comment is intended to this person.Her name is Heide. This person I have observe her since her day one. I always pick up a prescriptions of my husband. So I know and I have been in couter her a lot of times. And every time she assisted me, it gives my nerve. When she first assisted me, she is so RACES!? Or she’s being mean or she’s just d**** She ask my husband name lots of times, and she cant understand my word or accent, which I understood on the other hand. But instead being sorry, but she’s not.. so she told me to spell my husband name and family name and birthdate., she still cant understand!! So then bcoz We cant communicate each other, she gave me pen and write the info’s., still she’s asking the name of my husband. She’s Gi Bing me a hard time. I’m like how? Is that how d*** she is? I dunno where she comes from? I know myself I a.m not a native American, I am just a U.S.A citizen but not native. But why native American understood me and my accent or my word pretty good..? Why cant she?! And obviously she is not native American either, she’ just pretend that she’s native and she thinks she is mode entitled?!. Fast forward, she’s been working there as cashier I think a year now, coz I saw her before she was assigned in the other Department. Fast forward, again I notices her, she’s always out of Focus all the time. Its like physically present but mentally absent. And all this time she still asking the same questions . Every time I picked up prescriptions, my voice even so loud for her to understand me. Same scenario’s over and over. Morning change, and I bet all the cashier , workers there familiarize my voice already. And I am so tired of her”HEIDE” I know I’m kind of d**** but Dang” this dumber or racist?, cashier don’t need to be in a pharmcy, coz I observed her, when she’s a cashier, she treated defferently if its not a native American, so I would say, either she is racist, or pretending that she’s more entittled and other’s not, then I would suggest find a better place for your attitude. She may like her as a cashier rather than in the other Department, where she’s in before,But she’s her attitude not in the pharmacy,. I have been wanting to write a review about this person, but never had a chance before. Now people if you pick- UP your prescriptions , look at their name tags. You Will know WHO I was talking about. I dont like to post a bad comment, but sometimes the company needs to know about what the costumers feedbacks. This person needs workshops and trainings how to treat people fearly, equally. Above all she needs to learn peoples differences esp. accents. She really need work shop, for her to be bale to perform her job well.

I found them to more than professional helpful kind Holly is the best! At one point I was in and out there daily they were so understanding kind calm very accommodatingThey went WAY out there way to really do there jobs and be a true service!!!!!

I have been having terrible pain in my back and went to the emergency room and they prescribed me some meds I get to the pharmacy 10 minutes before close and they wouldn't fill my prescription. Piss poor attitude up there I am going to take my prescriptions somewhere else.

5 stars for the female pharmacist at Gby Walmart. She waited on the phone for 30 minutes with Walgreens to fix a prescription mix up. WALGREENS fault

Not pleased at all. Their site says curbside shopping. So my girlfriend spends the time to shop online. Which took about 45 minutes. When she finally gets done. It says "sorry for the inconveniences but we are not doing curbside pick up at this time."Why didn't they just let us know before we started!!? Not professional at all....

There are a couple of people that are very rude. I don't know their names but one has dark hair, wears glasses. The other, on the phone just now, she acted like I was bothering her or maybe she just doesn't like her job. I don't know but they could have better customer service that's for sure. It seems like I get stuck with the rude ones because there are some very nice ones there as well.

Lazy. Gave me so much trouble trying to get my prescription because they didnt want to call my insurance company. Argued with them for about an hr over it with a lot of attitude even when calling. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY

Walmart refilled a prescription without either my or my doctor’s approval. The drug was part of my cancer treatment that had been completed several months before the refill. The refill was picked up by my daughter who thought it was part of an order that I placed. When I took it back to Walmart and asked for a refund, they refused saying no drugs could be taken back that had been dispensed. The drug was very expensive. In retrospect, I should have pursued the matter with management or even with the attorney general. This is totally irresponsible for a pharmacy.

I've never really had to wait for long to get my prescription. The pharmacy technicians are very kind also
