Tried to redeem my 7 eleven reward points . It processed through the app . With transaction confirmation. The said they can’t do anything . All the food has been sitting and stale . They store clerks working 11/4/23 at 5 pm lady and gentleman used foul language with their frustration. Not professional at all . This is a bad experience and example for customer service . Don’t recommend this store to any one at all unless you absolutely need gas .

Well the 7-Eleven company sure has come a long way since beating out all those mom and pop convenient stores in South Dallas and littering itself in almost every neighborhood in North America. And they stay open longer than 16 hours nowadays. Now in my day 7-11 had little rooms where you could play quarter slot video games and magazine stands with some adult reading. So 7-11 was kind of a hang out where you could get a Slurpee and almost be someone.This store has counter intuitive product placement - freezer objects to the right but refrigerated items in the very back. Snacks in the snack aisle but also directly under the counter. And let me tell you about the counter, it’s one of those cramped jobs where the proprietor places impulse items that are more important to him than they are the customer. I mean the customer already knows what he wants and when he approaches the counter he just wants a spacey area with plenty of room to set his stuff down so that he can just be rung up.Another thing about this place, the counters have clear plastic partitions that seemingly protect the cashier from the many temperaments or perceived threats that their customers might display. It’s a cramped purchasing area that’s for sure.They have two cashier areas which means this store generates two lines-it’s a busy store-but sometimes something always goes wrong with one of the registers…this register doesn’t take credit cards, this register won’t ring up outside gas purchases, this register can’t read some items…stuff like that, so they motion for you to go to the other line. They let you go to the front of the line, but the other customers get really angry.Also why lock one of the doors? You see the set up is double doors that swing but they keep the one on the left (the exit door) locked and when you go to leave you almost always forget and run into a locked door.But you know what, mainly, clear that counter space…I mean really, clear the counter people.

I entered this location to buy two items; a bottle of extra-strength Excedrin and milk. After finding the Excedrin, I proceeded to get the milk. The store was out of white milk and only had chocolate milk. Therefore, I put the medicine back and began leaving the store. At the door, The clerk questioned me about what I did with the pills. I explained that I had put them back. She stated that I had placed them somewhere else. I again explained that I had placed them elsewhere and left the store. As I was pulling out of the store, another employee stood in front of my car. As I drove around him, he hit the vehicle with an object. I got out of the car to investigate any damage he had inflicted, and he appeared to come out of the store with a baseball bat, swung it, and threatened me. I then proceeded to contact the police.Once they arrived, they reviewed the stare video, took statements, determined nothing was either shoplifted or stolen from the store, and sent me on my way home. This was the most horrifying incident I have experienced at any convenience store. I would expect 7-11 to resolve this issue immediately and promptly. This experience caused me great stress and pain. 7-11 did not strive to be the first choice for convenience for our customers - anytime, anywhere. 7-11 did not make the customer’s day a little more awesome by delivering fast, personalized convenience.

I went into This store Having a great day on a mission to get a cold beverage. Disappointingly, there were no small sized Slurpee cups available for me and my 2 children. This is not the first time we have come to this location and been upset by the fact we can't get a small Slurpee at the 711 closest to our house but have to travel an additional distance in order to get one. But on this very hot day we decided to just settle for the large Slurpee which was the only size available, while checking out I questioned the clerk about why this location rarely ever has small Slurpee cups available and she proceeded to tell me that she doesn't know why they never have them and suggested that if I am aware that this location never has them that maybe I should stop coming to this location and go to another one! I felt very offended by this, especially when this is the location that is closest to my house and i am a very loyal customer that visits almost every day. After I responded to her comment by saying "maybe I should let corporate know that's how you feel about your customers" she then told me to "go right ahead" so here I am. This is the African American female clerk with an accent and curly hair that was working the afternoon of July 24. Her attitude was very unacceptable and I am no longer a happy customer. Maybe the 711 on the opposite side of the highway treat their customers with respect.
