Closed? At 3:12 am on a Saturday night? With a broom locking the inside door handles so nobody can get in. Nice.

Florisa had the worst customer service poor food quality took pride serving this pizza refused to refund my money and remade the pizza the same way. Stood in front of me snug laughed did not apologize instead shrugged shoulders to whatever blamed it on pizza oven rudely. Health department needs to pay them a visit don’t order anything here unless you want to be sick or burned food. I can’t believe she took pride in serving this and being rude to top it off.

It is becoming extremely frustrating when being out after midnight and needing to find a store to grab a bite or use the restroom. I have begun to do these reviews on these 7/11 stores that “SHINE BRIGHT” as you see in the pictures, as they look like they are completely open for business when, in fact, they are not but there is a person inside walking around in uniform, but not wanting to help the customers. While I was writing this in the parking lot, the store had 5 separate customers attempt to enter the store with the same outcome as I had… good luck and drive safe

Worst 7-11 I've ever been too. The outside of the store looks trashed and disgusting. The inside isn't too much better. The manager doesn't care about customers. I went in to get a drink and gas so I can get back to work and enjoy my lunch. But I asked if they had the proper lids for the cups because it kept leaking because the lids are foe the plastic cups not Styrofoam. The just kinda brused me off of because she was more interested in doing end of day so she passed me over to an employee in which I also asked the same question about the lid and she just ignored me. Told me my total and said if I wanted a pie for a dollar. Why would I want more from this location if I can't even get what im asking for. So I paid and took my leaking cup into my car. I went to pump and all the pumps said they have been shut off. Went inside again for the 2nd time. Asked if the pumps where down she said no she shut them off because she was doing end of day. Thay sent me over the edge so I jusy nodded my head and walked out. She kept talking and asking if I had already started pumping and I did. I just hope I got what I paid for if not I will be reporting it. I felt like a waste of time I went in there trying to get everything and came out angry and disappointed.

This is one of the few 711 stores in Dfw that fills delivery orders in a timely manner and is actually open 24hrs.

Might be hard to see in the photos but the men's bathroom had a TON of nats/small flys buzzing around and it felt absolutely disgusting just to use the men's restroom.

10/18/2022 and the woman working night shift with short red hair should not be working there. I watched two customers in front of me end up leaving because she had the same excuse “that she recommends them going to another gas station because she works night shift and isn’t told anything so she can’t answer their questions” which guess what! She did the SAME to me! What does your shift have to do with you just not knowing your job! Dumbest thing I’ve heard repeated to 3 customers in a row

I went into This store Having a great day on a mission to get a cold beverage. Disappointingly, there were no small sized Slurpee cups available for me and my 2 children. This is not the first time we have come to this location and been upset by the fact we can't get a small Slurpee at the 711 closest to our house but have to travel an additional distance in order to get one. But on this very hot day we decided to just settle for the large Slurpee which was the only size available, while checking out I questioned the clerk about why this location rarely ever has small Slurpee cups available and she proceeded to tell me that she doesn't know why they never have them and suggested that if I am aware that this location never has them that maybe I should stop coming to this location and go to another one! I felt very offended by this, especially when this is the location that is closest to my house and i am a very loyal customer that visits almost every day. After I responded to her comment by saying "maybe I should let corporate know that's how you feel about your customers" she then told me to "go right ahead" so here I am. This is the African American female clerk with an accent and curly hair that was working the afternoon of July 24. Her attitude was very unacceptable and I am no longer a happy customer. Maybe the 711 on the opposite side of the highway treat their customers with respect.

Not sure what is happening at this location but I will be looking elsewhere for good customer service. Because I just moved here, and do not have transportation, I have been forced to use food delivery apps when I need groceries. I love cherry slurpees so I included one with the rest of my order. When my order arrived, my Cherry Slurpee was a Pineapple/Watermelon or something like that. It was nothing like Cherry. I contacted the delivery service and the lady told me that the 7 11 employee told her that it was Cherry. A few weeks later I thought that I'd give it one more try. I tried calling the store about 7 times throughout the entire day to verify that they had Cherry available. From 11am until 9pm, no one would pick up the phone. Really great business practice. So I went ahead and tried regardless. Sure enough, it happened again. Only this time I received Coke instead of Cherry. When I asked the delivery person if they were out, she told me no. The person ahead of her was paying for and drinking a Cherry Slurpee. I was so upset. I tried calling and you already know.......no one will ever pick up the phone. So I am assuming that the employees, store managers, and corporate approves of such business practices so I will spend my money elsewhere. Thank you

First off I'm 41 years old so I can legally buy beer. The older Indian lady asked for my ID which espired last year and I was unable to renew in the DPS office due to the shutdown. My license was valid till mid April according to the state of Texas. I currently have an appointment this month to renew. When she said my license is expired I told her that I couldn't renew because of the shutdown and she said "Its been over a year you havent had time to do it" I told her I had appointment and even it it was expired it didnt change the fact that I was able to legally buy beer. She said she couldn't sell it to me. I walked out and will not be returning to this location. I have purchased beer before at this location and the employee didnt ask me for my ID.
