About AAA Cooper Transportation
AAA Cooper Transportation provides Less than Truckload (LTL) services with over 65 years of experience. Reviews note an A1 customer service team that actively listens and solves problems. The dispatch team is described as awesome, very knowledgeable, and helpful. Some drivers receive praise for going above and beyond with common sense during deliveries. However, the business is also described as a small company with many communication issues, including delivery confusion. For pickups, customers are advised that early morning arrivals may require a wait as local trucks are prioritized first, though unloading is quick once at the dock.
