I walked into Ace Hardware in Grand Prairie, TX today to get 2 coat hooks of a specific size that the big box stores didn't have. I was greeted right away by an associate and shown where the hooks were. Together, we measured the holes to be sure they were the right fit. Perfect! I was in & out in under 10 minutes. I'll hang it soon..

This store sucks no help not organized low staff . The only thing good about this store was Chole service she apologized. The management are crap if you can't run this small store. What are you here for??? You can't give 0 stars.

Irving ace didn't have what I needed but the young man at the paint counter found the nerest store witch was grand prairie I I got the shop compressor fixed on a Friday evening thanks you guys and gals at ace rock.

This is the best store I have ever been to! All of the people are so kind and helpful and nice and after a time or two, they may know your name and they always are smiling and will help you with anything you need... even if it's just popcorn. ;)
