Veronica was patient, attentive, understanding, gracious to help and address my concerns. Moreover, Veronica and management team member (Jason H.) expressed empathy to my situation as I provided detail concern regarding my dilemma, work best, and swiftly provide a solution. I am completely satisfied with their knowledge, effort, and reaching out to Public Storage back office (next tier level) to assist with my situation.

Clean facility in a nice area and the manager, Josalyn, was helpful and friendly. She showed me a unit right away and then got my rental set up in less than 10 minutes. And there was no paperwork. So easy!

What I originally said was ALL water damage in my original review was confirmed to actually be RAT URINE and poop on my furniture along with the leak that occurred. All the yellow stains on the wall, including what's on the floor in the pictures posted was confirmed as rat urine by a certified BIOHAZARD removal cleanup service who offered to come out and review my unit. He was shocked and appalled, Especially considering the fact that my 10 x 5 unit is in the indoor climate controlled space. He could see how the rats tore through the installation and the spray pattern of the rate urine on the sides, front, and inside the garage door. In the picture you can see the wood chewed. It's deplorable, and the pictures do no justice.

I’ve rented a unit here since 2019 — six years of on-time payments, thousands of dollars spent — and this is what I came back to: water damage, rodent droppings, debris, and ruined furniture. The door was stuck, and dried water stains were still visible on the floor and walls, showing my belongings had clearly been exposed to water for a long time.
About two years ago, management called to let me know a few units had water issues and asked customers to come in and open their units. I was on an extended work assignment and couldn’t check my unit, and I never received any follow-up calls or updates — nothing was done to protect my belongings. When I finally returned, staff blamed old employees for the issues and offered no solutions, instead telling me to file an insurance claim and vacate. I’m now forced to hire a biohazard cleanup crew just to safely move my belongings.
I’ve been a loyal customer for six years, paying every month on time, and this is the lack of care I get in return. Management showed zero accountability, no empathy, and no real solutions. If you value your property or your health, do not trust this location.

Lyn did an amazing job assisting me with obtaining a parking spot for my trailer. He got me in and out QUICKLY. Process was fast and easy! He has great customer service and was very polite as well. He showed me the location of my parking spot to make sure it would be the right fit for what I needed. His personality and great attitude made it very easy to choose this location over the others I was considering. Thanks Lyn‼️

If I could leave 0 stars I would. They have one of the RUDEST employees I’ve ever engaged with in my life. I moved out of state and had friends get things out of the unit and apparently things were left. He called me with an attitude and stated my unit was 40% full which was IMPOSSIBLE considering I moved almost everything with me. The very next day he called with a nasty attitude ONCE AGAIN and stated that he emptied my unit and I’m being charged a $100 cleaning fee and can’t even tell me what was in the unit. Only stating “enough for me to be outside in the heat for 40 minutes cleaning.” Mind you I rented the SMALLEST unit available. It doesn’t even take 40 minutes to empty that if anything were left. Not to mention when I asked why he seemed like he had an attitude he said “because I’m frustrated, do you have any other questions” then proceeded to hang up on me. The worst customer service I’ve had IN. MY. LIFE. I’m not one to leave reviews but please do not use this specific location. My entire experience from March until now has been horrendous. He also lies about being the property manager, and my rent raised after about 2-3 months. This property is a JOKE.
