As a stylist I don’t shop at Armstrong often, but I was in need of a product that they had so I stopped in. They charged me consumer prices for a bottle of shampoo. I noticed once I got to the car and immediately went back inside to return and they refused to return it to my card and only offered store credit. Like I said, I never use this supplier so offering me store credit was basically giving them money for free so I wasn’t going to do that. I’m really annoyed and frustrated that they are charging licensed cosmetologists consumer prices. Not cool. I will never step foot in this location again.
