Very bad service here at this store I went to go pay my bill this guy's took my money and never connected my phone service they didn't give me my receipt or anything Very poor service

No doubt this place have good customer service but it’s all lies just to get u to switch and get their commission. Nicolas helped me and he told me the have a special promotion with no activation fee and a bundle service with my internet but I received a bill in the mail for $400. I found out the activation fee was not waved and the bundle service he offered was expired months ago. He also added insurance to one of my phone which I never asked for cause these are my original phone I have originally and do not need insurance. He told me my phone bill would only be $140 a month excluding tax but when I called att to ask they said my bill is over $200 a month. If your going to sell something please don’t give false advertising because some people are on a budget that’s why their switching which makes it very stressful.

Nick offered flawless service! He was very pleasant and very knowledgeable on the particular phone and the accessories I would need. Can't say enough about him and the store.

On Monday I went in and paid $186.50. On Tuesday I received a text saying that auto pay had been canceled because my payment had not gone through. My. My payment did go through on Thursday I went back to AT&T and they told me I had to pay an additional $100 to get my account in balance. They said that auto pay had been canceled and that I would have to re-enroll. I have one more auto Pay payment that has screwed up my account because we went out of the country for 10 days and I got charged $10 roaming fee. I'm very unhappy as a matter fact $286.50 is ridiculous. It's outrageous and I'm seriously thinking of taking my business elsewhere.I wish somebody had the Bility to tell me why my bill got so outrageous. We went to Dominican Republic for 10 days and my bill has not been the same ever since.

I had an great experience at this store. My sales rep was nice, and explained everything thoroughly while getting me a great deal! The store manager Tyler was also extremely awesome coming over and ensuring that I was getting everything I was suppose to and even offering me a cold water! Top notch AT&T store I’ve ever been to!

Called to speak to someone in the store to check in-stock/price on screen protector and rep in Houston answered. Wth?! If I choose an option to speak with the store shouldn't I be sent to the stores phone line to be answered not given the runaround. Lady was kind, asked me to call back in 20 mins - told her I was across the street and apparently can just go by there to ask my question, was just trying to avoid wasting time and gas.

After a painstaking 4 hours of terrible customer service via chat and phone at the AT&T call center, I finally got the help I needed by going in and speaking to Manuel. He treated us with so much kindness and respect. I was very close to switching providers for my 6 phones, three watches and two iPads because the call center service was so terrible. Manuel IS the light at the end of the tunnel! He got everything fixed and set for delivery. Thank you Manuel, I’m sure that don’t pay you enough!!!

I needed to upgrade my galaxy s20 ultra. The dude inside told me about a promotion for the galaxy s23 ultra, that would mean I'd have to wait a couple weeks. I didn't mind at all, and I saved 1,000.00 dollars plus got an extra 256GB!!

As soon as I arrived I was noticed and properly greeted by Manny. There was little to no wait time for them to actually help me, and open up the account. Manny is very helpful, real and upfront with all promotions in getting the best services for the buck. My new go to ATT store. Go visit Manny and his team. Oh, y tambien habla español-JP

I went into the store with my brother who requested to begin service with a new phone. The sales associate, “Stephanie”, then asked what type of service to which we stated again that he would like to get new service with a new cell phone line. Her response, “I’m trying to figure out what you want so I can decide what type of plan you need. We don’t sell phones outright anymore.” I then explained to her he never asked to buy a phone, we asked to start service (get a new line). My brother (who she did not know was my brother) then said he just wanted a new phone service and she looked to me and says “if you want to put him on your plan we can do that”.During this entire exchange Stephanie was very rude, appeared agitated and to me downright questioning our intelligence. I then asked her if she had an issue because she was being hostile and she said that we weren’t explaining what we wanted?! Come on Stephanie…I then asked who the manager was and I believe was directed to the assistant “Deana”. I then asked for the store manager and Deana stated it was “Mike” and that he was not available because he was in a meeting. Initially Deana had the same condescending tone asking if I wanted to put my brother on my line. We explained again that he wanted his own line and to begin a new service. After she finally began to listen to what we were asking it was finally determined my brother needed a valid ID to even begin the application. (This could have been avoided in the beginning had Stephanie simply asked for this.)I’m not sure if Stephanie and Deana mistook my brother and myself for a guy mooching off of a woman for a phone line however it was NOT the case and the annoyance that Stephanie displayed was VERY unprofessional. I should’ve known that by interrupting her very important texting conversation I would be met with unpleasantness. If she speaks to other customers that way I wouldn’t be surprised if you lost a few. I’ve been with ATT over 10 years and never had an exchange like that.The incident occurred on November 1, 2022 at about 1:10-1:15PM if you’d like to review the footage and annoyance your employee displayed.

Manny was very helpful and showed me my options that would save me money and give me the best deal for my budget. He was very knowledgeable about the deals, plans and software. Great customer service hands down.

Staff was very helpful although they didn't have what I needed to fix my problem. Even offered to give me the product that I needed for free because of all the trouble that I've been through but unfortunately they didn't have one in stock. So I ended up at another store got what I needed and everything's fine but like I said the staff was helpful very professional and courteous.
