Excellent service is always good to share being in the service industry . My family and l went to the above store looking for a way to get better wireless service and save money. Met Ricardo and just from the get go he was just wonderful , professional , accommodating and very attentive to our needs. Patiently he went over a couple plans and eventually figured out what would work best for a family of 4 and the best part , am sure like everyone save a little money . He ordered the phones and after delivery the pro he is , set all the phones up , went over all the details of billing , phone features and even took the time to go over the phones with the kids. He also gave us discounts on the accessories. Ricardo , thank you for excellent service and AT&T should have you as a store MANAGER . You are great at what you do. May God Bless you and Open doors for you .

The culture in this store, located at 3040 W. Camp Wisdom Rd. in Grand Prairie, is a #APLUS customer service store. Joshua is by far the very best customer service representative I have encountered (No matter the Carrier)!!!Because I recently acquired DIRECTV services (#NFL), I was prevented from logging into my wireless, Wi-Fi or DIRECTV. I had been frustrated for a month and Joshua saw my dilemma as an opportunity to discover a solution.Thank you Joshua for your patience, professionalism and expertise!Thank you Harris for the water to quench my thirst, and thank you to Syed the store manager!Leon

Horrible customer service experience from Harris. I came into the store at 7:08, I waited until he was done servicing another client. This was my second time in this particular store and third time in ATT for the day. I was trying to get my phone working before the closed at 8. At 8:05 Harris told me to screen shot his tablet and figure it out as he has already helped me 5 minutes over and will get fined if he stays over 30 minutes. He proceeded to put me and another customer out of the store with out resolving the issue at hand. This is the worse customer service I have ever received in my LIFE. He need to be trained on how to treat customers no matter what the time is. Once I calmed down and left the store I was able to get my phone working, no help was given only bad temperament and frustration.

Customer service at this store was really top tier. Manager assisted us with a new line and a upgrade. Associate provided exceptional services.

Came into the store while shopping around, was definitely over the expensive bills and poor service with Verizon. I checked out the T-Mobile store which isn't far from this location, Mr. Syed definitely helped my decision to go with AT&T.

Tells you whatever to sale phone to get commission very hard to get the honest amount of the bill really won’t know until the 1st of the month made 3 visits to resolve and eventually had to go to a different location to get the details of my actual bill after getting a new phone

Came to this att after dealing with a 3rd party at Kroger. Teresa was extremely helpful in setting up my phone, changing my passwords so I can sign in and setting up my voice-mail. Definitely recommend coming here!
